The UK are years behind with TRT than the States mate. He thinks my 11 week protocol is causing my polycythaemia. I wish my old doctor would come back but that's not happening and its hard to tell your doctor the real score

I like the full size ones so I can get my whole back, and it still allows you hit your legs, arms, etc. the small one works well for legs, etc, but I don't feel like it gets my whole back.

And if it doesn't get my whole back, it's sure as sh*t not going to get your whole back.

You can add the whole europe, as far as I know.

Almost the only way you can be prescribed testosterone is if you have you nuts chopped off :S

In the mean time all childbearing women, including teenage girls, are fed estradiol and progesterone for free

Okay Nach here's how it went

    - RC warm ups with 5lb plate.

    - pec dec: 3 sets of 12 with decent weight to get the blood in there.

    - smith incline (2nd pin hole from bottom)
    225 x 15
    315 x 10
    365 x 4 drop to 315 x 4 drop to 225 x 6

    - Flat dumbell flys
    - Iso lateral machine press

Then on to bi's - tendinitis flared up and killed me. I got a real deep painful burn still.

Nice brotha! Big jump from what you was Doin(315 to 365 isn't light lol - good stuff!

    Very similar to mine
    - I could barely do 3 wheels aside on reg incline but I'm sure it had to do w/going heavy lol

There's 3 upper decks too..... One for personal training, one for stair masters, and another for treadmills and other cardio machines.

Then there's a spin room, an open floor for aerobics, and a huge room full of boxing shit.

There's a daycare for members and also a sauna in each locker room.

And I pay $20/month with no contract :-)

Opposite in U.S. Cant get basic females hormone panel done and I pay a high premium for awesome coverage.
No reason to switch doctors again. Women are left with little options including self medicate or lengthy waiting for appt with a known good doctor in far away cities.....but being a man in U.S. rolls out the read carpet and the door hop.

I grabbed mine off of Amazon, Kel. They have a couple of different densities and sizes. I bought one of the full size ones in blue which is the original density. At the time I bought mine, you could get a compact one for a bit more and I bought one of those in the extra firm density. The full size one is great for a wide area like your entire back and I've found the compact one useful to work on a shoulder.
If I had to pick just one I would go with the full size one in original density.

Watching some IFSA vids and drinking a shake w/ coffee in it. Don't feel the best in the world, but I think once I get moving I will be G2G.

Edit: Just stretching and rolling tonight. Chest will be tomorrow evening. My back is telling me lifting tonight would be a mistake.

Prescribed dose is higher, because I like to store the extra for my blasts. I raised from my previous160/week, before last blast, to 180/week after it. Last TRT I was running midrange, wanted to be at higher end this TRT. Any issues you see with doing that? Recommendation?

Last night was shoulders it was intense.

Started with db pressing pushed some nice weight and felt good after it was hard but the blood flow was intense.

Then rear delts same as above sore but good.

Side raises slow and controlled to feel the squeeze of the muscles.

    Front raises same as above.

To finish plate shrugs very slow and held at the top of the movement felt great.

    Then 15 mins cardio.

As always some great posts in here

Chest coming up tonight. Lower back is better. Upper back and lats are still sore, but it's a good sore. Hitting the d'bell rows and jumping straight into low pulley rows seems to add a new dimension to the game.

Woke up this morning and my back felt "full"

Couldn't help but give a lil lat spread to the mirror and I definately look wider.

Debating whether I take today off or tomorrow off. Either way - it's leg day. Need to buy wraps.... I borrowed the ones I used last week.
