The first pic has to be Platz. He was just so ahead of the field in leg development and flexibility. Hard to believe he is around 60 years old now.

Hey everyone I know this isn't really the spot for this but there are a lot of vets in here and you guys all know what your talking about. So I'm 26 now and I've ran quite a few cycles, started at the age of 18 without knowing better took a dbol only cycle. Have ran test tren a few times without very proper protocol (no Hcg ) again because of lack of knowledge which is my own fault but never properly really pcted either. After my last cycle which was a pretty large cycle test tren mast. I finally started running the correct protocols with Hcg and a pct. I took an extra long pct and it's been about 2 almost 3 months know and I still feel nothing. I'm kinda of afraid I may be shut down permanently. Im going to the doc to have bloods done but I really want my last option to be put on test. Do you guys have any recommendations for me. I know it's my own fault, have no one to blame but my own stupidity. Sorry for the long read!

    Yes you been very stupid

You need to get a full blood panel done to see what is wrong but I would do this around 6-8 weeks after the end of your pct.

couldn't agree more. Wish I woulda found this site at 18 not 24. And thanks wasn't sure which type of blood work to do. Cause I know sometimes they will just look at the test levels when there's a lot more that plays into. If I'm not mistaken?

Chest and arms for me today. Went as good as can be expected for chest as I'm still nursing this chest thing. Think very paranoid it'll bite me again. That said, lighter weight and high reps is the agenda for chest. Still got a decent pump though.

Incline dumbells: Slow warm up's with puss weight then two so called working sets, 15 reps...
Incline smith: Still light. Two sets 10 reps.
Dumbell flat flyes: Two sets, 15 reps or so. Stretching is scary.

Cable curls: Two heavy, 10-12 reps
Preachers: Two heavy, 8-10 with DD on last
Incline dumbells: Two sets, strict and controlled, 10 reps or so

Pushdowns: Two heavy, 8-10 reps. I could live with just this one exercise for tri's.
Overhead skull crushers on smith: Two sets 10-12 reps. Good feel. Haven't done these in a while. It's like a combo of skulls and overhead tri extensions
Dumbell kickbacks: Both dumbells at the same time as I hate one arm exercises and if my math is correct you're done in half the time (correct me if I'm wrong here.) Been doing these again and liking the feel.

Overall happy with the work. At least I'm getting chest work in albeit light and arms were killed.

    DESTROYED LEGS! Holy shit.....

I went into the gym today with success on my mind. I Wasnt going to leave without limping..... Or crawling.

I warmed up with leg extensions, curls, and donkey calf raises. The blood filled up my legs and they felt like they had their own engines.

I went to the squat rack and loaded 225. I banged out 15 reps and KNEW 405 was going to be easy. I loaded up 315 and banged out 10.

    Here's where the fun begins.....

Wrapped my knees..... Pulled the belt as tight as it could go.....

    405x8

After this I desperately wanted to go high. Last week I kept it at 315 because my knee shifted on me. I figure instead of going heavier... I'd drop set squats.
    405 x 7 drop to 315x5 drop to 225x5

99% of my mind wanted to stop after I dropped to 315. It hurt so bad..... I didnt think I could do another. That 1% left tho..... It told me to stop being a pvssy. What's it gunna hurt? Will I puke? Who fvcking cares!

After 225 I collapsed to the floor! Threw up in my mouth.... Couldn't catch my breath. I had to get the wraps and the belt off. My legs were on fire....

Next was leg press..... Couldn't do 8 plates each side like last week. I was spent.... My legs were done. I did 5 plates each side and called it.

Finished with walking lunges, heavy extensions, and calf raises.

I'm home with my feet up.... I feel like a fvcking beast today. I'm up to 265lbs for two straight days now also.

Here's a pic of my shirt pwo.... Disgusting.

Disgusting.
    Fcking nice man

Brutal lift, Haz! Your shirt looks about right. I know I did some work when I can take my shirt off , throw it at the shop wall, and it sticks.

Looks like one hell of a run, Kel!. The stretch on flat flyes really is one of the more risky times when it comes to getting hurt.
Again, really good lift. The Smythe skullcrushers, you're doing these seated in upright position?
