I'm not big enough to compete. Marcus is about 250 I think he said and yet he's a monster compared to me. He has more muscle and less fat. My legs are probably the reason for the added weight. They're growing big time. I have a show picked out for next year so I'm trying to get as big as possible for it. A lot of people are telling me I should... It's about time I listen.
I can't wait to see myself at 6-7% with this added size lol

Taking it easy tonight. Legs are trashed. Biceps and tris coming up tomorrow night. I may do like my last arm session and go until arms feel like they have totally split open. I dropsetted through my bells until I was down to the almost no weight last time and it took me close to an hour. However, I've got a pull back coming up next, so I'm thinking I'll make it a "hell day" and then ease into the pull back lifts next week.
Watching movies with the wife and beasts tonight and attempting to stretch out my legs. Having a bit of trouble with stairs right now and the wife's d@mn cat isn't making it any easier.Last edited by almostgone; 09-12-2015 at 12:01 AM.

On my way to Florida for a trip with my dad and brother.
Slfa we'll be in Orlando and Cocoa Beach so not around your way.
Crazy awesome arm session last night and I'm sore everywhere right now. Taking the next 3-4 days off (unless we find a hotel with a good gym/unlikely).

Hey guys I've been doing the HIT training now for three weeks, and I can honestly say I've never worked out harder or move more weight around or was more sore or drenched in sweat after a workout in my entire life.
I'm 6 foot tall 260 pounds 30% body fat. I'm doing the high intensity training for my work out five days a week about 40 minutes 45 minutes for some days and then 30 to 40 minutes of cardio. I got sick a couple years ago got depressed and just let myself go although I did always manage to work out, but I still got super fat. I was at 270 35% about 4 weeks ago. I'm eating 2500 cal a day trying to lean down, my goal is 20% bf. Is this too much food?
About 4 months ago I found trt and it changed my life. I was always tired, no libido and I'm 33 never thought it was something like this. But now I'm really starting to notice the positive effects. Including increased energy, before trt there would be no way for me to do this type of training.
The last couple weeks all I did was read this dungeon, and I have to say thank you guys for putting all this out there you guys are really inspiring to me. I'm finally getting my shit together and doing this work out makes me feel incredible I'll continue to post as I make progress thanks again.

This is awesome good to hear and have new faces in here. Continue posting bigdil. If you have time or even if it's just when u do post up your routines.
I'm no diet expert but 2500 might be a little on the low side considering your size. Don't stave your self, especially doing this type of training.

Thx fellas - appreciate the kind words. It's such a long road..... Consistency is key. I've got a plan in place and will see this through because being small is not an option.
I don't wanna be the guy that looks good on the beach. I don't want 17" arms and abs. I want a back that a midget could rock climb, 21" arms, monstrous legs, and delts like cannon balls! Average is not okay.....
