I either missed or ignore that gene! When I was young I did that but realized it did nothing but disappoint me as the results were never good enough. I just stopped it and never started it again. Swear!

Well today was delt and tri. Didn't have my head right at the start. Disappointed with DB presses. I've got that weight before. I did get past the let down and got refocused and had a good session.

    Shoulder and Tricep

DB Shoulder Press 2 warm 1working
    10/10 45x12 70x8 100x failed to press 3 attempts. Sucks

Side Lateral Raises 1 warm 1 working
    35x10 45x6. Partials x 4. Drop 30x 3. Partial x 3

Low Pull Delt Raises 1 working
    50x6

Reverse DB Flyes 1 warm 1 working
    35x8. 50x6

Tricep Pushdowns 1 warm 1 working
    100x10. 200x6 that's the stack

Lying Tricep Extensions EZ Curl 1 warm 1 working
70x10. 100x4 failure. I pressed weight up and did true negatives x4

Seated Tricep Press DB 1 warm 1 working
    60x10. 80x5

Like everything about it, looks solid and productive.
Like kel stated sometimes things don't go accordingly to plan but at least you didn't waste the workout, looks like you turned it into a really intense session.

Thank you sir. Yes I know everyday is different. I'm just glad I got past it and was able to refocus. I knew when I sat down I wasn't putting the weight up. My mind failed. That is something I need to work on. The 3 rd attempt was just embarrassing. A strong body requires a stronger mind. Tomorrow is another day for success

Back tonight. And calves. I don't have a set schedule for calves so I just throw them in front of whatever my plan is that night every few workouts.

    Standing raises
    Warm up
    Feeler
3 heavy sets, 1 light to burn them up.

    Seated raises
    1x15 feeler
1x10, increase, 1x10 then as many half reps I could get, then dropped way down to 1 plate and burned out with controlled reps. When I could no longer control the reps, I closed my eyes, put my head back and ignored the burning pain. I then repped out about 30-35 calves blazing with pain the whole.time.

Then I tried with just bodyweight until I collapsed. Calves spasming like crazy. I'm gonna hurt tomorrow but I can't worry about that now. It's still my mf set!

Took a short break before starting back.

    Barbell Rows
    Warm up x 20
    2 working - 1 underhand 1 over

    T-Bar Rows
    2 heavy working sets
    1 high rep burnout

    Lat Pulldown
Went.light on these, really focusing on feeling the muscles being worked.
Did dropsets and a burnout set.

    Lolol nooooo

If it swelled up to twice the size it is now I'd never get her to...... Well nvm.

Still no relief yet in my pec. It's not real painful unless I stretch it. If I knew for sure that working it out like this wouldn't damage it I'd doit but then again I won't be able to go full out intensity either so..... Idunno. It's killin me tho..... I'm dyin to hit the gym. It's like a sickness lol

Chest tonight for me at haz nananananana sorry I turn into a child sometimes lol

Started with rotor cuff warm ups and light pressing then went onto a feeler set then two hard sets and drop was really good and intense got my mind in gear and just pushed through the pain and felt great I have to say.

Onto incline straight into two heavy and slow sets and again one drop really was tough but after my chest was popping

Then decline same again very good and intense had one scare on the second set i failed faster than i thought and my arm went backwards thankfully no damage done and i am ok but was a shock tbh first time happening in s long while

Incline flies two sets were great and heavy really enjoyed tonight and rest day tomorrow thankfully
