Jesus kk looks like a leg lol cardio for me intense and enjoyed the pump off the bloodflow from it.

Arms today as I said I was annoyed because of being fcked around so hammere them hard.

    Started with triceps

Skull crushers built the weight up the burn from arms is the worse Body part I experience. Really was sore. But felt great.

Rope pull downs: again pushed it hard felt unreal

Then behind the head single tricep raises great feeling

    Biceps:

Single arm db curls really slow and again built to a heavy set.
Ez bar curls again built up to one heavy burning set felt great and crazy pump.
    Hammer curls

    Then home

Fueling all day long.. Prepping meal 3 now, so far it's been:

Meal 1: 8 eggs, banana, 2 flour tortillas (made burritos!)
Meal 2: protein shake and oats
Meal 3: (coming up) - two tilapia, rice, brussel sprouts with turkey bacon

Also took out some chicken breasts and lean pork chops for later.
Think of the 'working set' as the only real set youre going to do because when you finish that one set, there will be nothing left in the tank to move another rep at any weight. That's how intense the one work set has to be.

You guys should try 5/8'' on arms, legs, pecs, etc. My bf is no where near as low as kel's but since I started using 5/8 I have no problems anywhere. Wouldn't be long enough in glutes of course but anywhere else is fine. It still gets deep in the muscle if youre like me and all your bf is around the lower torso. My skin is only about 1/8th to 3/16'' thick in limbs and chest/shoulders. If you guys are the same way, try 5/8. IMO nobody with a lifters physique ever needs a 1.5" needle anywhere. They're for horses and fat people.

Hmmm have you seen your own arm? Size doesn't matter I suppose...... I care more about how my arm looks than how big it is. But I'm just curious because the average arm is 12" - a 17" arm is a big arm. An 18" arm isn't obtained by many people - 19" is a major mile stone and anything over than is a BIIIGGG motherfvcking arm lol

Are you talking flexed measurement or relaxed, arm at the sides? 12" ?? The last time I measured mine flexed they were a little over 17. I think I'm skinny. I must have a truly warped self image.

im shooting for 20 Haz,what about you you're pretty close aren't you? Think you can do it?

12"??? lol, that's a tiny arm, mine were 13.5 flexed a year ago no shit. I would say avg size was 14 for a nontraining adult male. A lot of guys don't even make it to 16 where I am from, I notice a lot of things out there.

hope you got alottttaaa synthol on hand hehe. 20'' pumped is my goal, 19" cold. 19" cold is pretty legit, that's far out of the average man. The top 2 guys at my gym are close to that maybe not quite, bc a 2xl is still loose on them sleeves but not much.

We all got goals , arms for me is just an attention getter, its the first thing people notice. Then probably the side delt, and trapezius.

I need to train today but my diet has been bad off, gonna have to wait till tomorrow.

Nahhh I'm nowhere near 20" man. 18.5 currently..... Most was 19 or so.

I'm more concerned now with my chest than anything. My arms used to be my weakest part but now my arms/delts/traps make my chest appear smaller than it is. It's not huge either lol so I really gotta bring it up. I'm workin on it

    Right Java, 17" is skinny...lol

Yup...when I first picked up a weight 3 yrs ago ( yea, that's lame, but I can't change the past), I was 150# with 12" arms. Now, 180, 15.5 " arms. Still lame, but at 52 I'm above average and still growing.

Kel's right. I stopped measuring months ago. I always got completely pissed off.

I admit I measure frequently every 2 weeks or so, agree if it comes in smaller than last time it does hurt the ego.

15.5 is still above avg man, im assuming you are just running trt or did you get there natty? Not that it really matters. You look lean as hell bro keep up the good work.

I'm not really looking for 25" lol. I really don't measure often. It's misleading. My arms are disproportionately smaller than everything else on me. Problem is that as every part of our bodies grow, it makes the other parts that maybe haven't grown as much look smaller by comparison. The never ending plight of a body sculptor

I know, it's not, but when I look in the mirror I still see the little skinny guy I used to be. I'm afraid that's what I'll always see. I once had 10" arms. Hell I think my thighs were about the size my arms are today. I got teased a lot as a kid because I was so thin. I think it messed up my head a little in the sense that my self image will always be that skinny kid. No matter how big I get, I'm still too skinny.

I was and am never skinny, my training partners son is in the 10-15% bodyfat I'd kill to be starting were he is at the mo the amount of mass he has put on in 4 months training is unreal. I know I have put on more in the same time but it is just you can see his due to his low bf I am still on the road to loose more but getting there slowly down over 8kg of fat since the start of the year and kept steength and size thankfully just leaned out nearly have a bit more to loose but I'll get there

Ahh don't get me wrong I took a pic today on the iphone and there is a decent outline of abs and good shape to my arms and chest. It's just I want to be lean and big for the first time in my life than just big. I have said it many times but thanks to the big two men here in helping with the training and diet advice.

I have lost the weight without really restricting my diet too much and making the cal deficit with training and short burst cardio I have a target of march next year to be lean

That is the biggest thing I have done is consistency, Friday I was at a meeting for work, instead of eating the hotel food I brought my own, I can't eat food like that anymore the salt content kills me. So I had steak brown rice and peas was yum.
