    thank God mines open 24 hours.

    No training today, PIP from gear is on an extreme level no way I can train legs. Was in a hurry when I inejected the 600mgs thurs,. Stomach is tore up over its so bad. Gotta love it!

    Question. I'm running a high amount of test e and the same amount of deca a week.
    I'm pinning on Monday and Thursday. By Wednesday I have test flu gone Thursday pin then flu again on Saturday. It is just annoying. I have experienced test flu but I have never experienced it like this. If I get it it is at the front of the cycle. This is every week like clock work. Wednesday and again Saturday. Why is this happening? And would there be a benefit to going eod?

    In honor of Marcus, I will be pushing my chest tonight, then I will demolish it. After that, I'm going to murder my chest. My chest will die tonight, and in the next 9 days, it will come back to life, stronger than ever. This will be a Marcus-style-torture-session. Grunting, and maybe even growling will apply.

    I've never had that cape. How long have you been on? It's not just lethargy..... Increased rbc's?

    I've not had it come and go like that. Not even at 1600mgs test.... But I wasn't on deca with that either.

    Only other thing I can think of is the carrier used but doubt it. EO seems to give some people an allergic reaction.

    Is it affecting you real bad? Ur just getting to the "meat" of the cycle lol

    Inject ED or EOD not twice per week, it will cure your test flu. Its the influx of a high amount of hormones in your body what is causing the reaction, if you dived the dose up for ed/eod injection you will be fine.

    Could be coincidence. I contantly feel sickly. It's been years since I've had a clear nose. It's always something whether its allergies or being sick.

    This is what I should have done last week. I injected too much at one time and now im suffering the consequences. Hurts like hell more than usual and a lot of redness this time, hope its just irritated inj. site.

    Legs and calves

    Leg extensions

    Hack squats

    V stand hammer squat

    lying leg curls

    lunges

    standing calves raises

    seated calves raises

    All done to failure with rest pause except the squats, trained really fast to keep my heart rate high and to help keep the weight down on my lifts due to my lower back problems what seem to come on when I do legs. Stayed in the zone all the way through didn't even look up at any stage just keep going like a train. Moved some serious weight and my legs are fuked. It really hit my lunges aswell and feel very tired..really enjoyed the hacks

    Thanks A lot big man, that lighting sucks wished it were better. Wife just cant take a good pic for shi t. It still needs a lot of work, but its a good base starting point to add mass and thickness.

    Been feeling a little rough the past couple, im waiting until Monday to train. My macro intake was way off Friday and Saturday due to personal reasons. Today I hope to regain control and keep fightin for that dream.

    So I'm dropping my daughter off with her mother today for a visit. Then finally hitting delts n traps. The gf will be workin out with me today but she does her own thing. She knows not to fvck me up :-)

    Then I'm hittin the nutrition store to meet with the owner who's aiming for a pro-card. It'll be cool to work with someone like that daily

    So last night I went in and did not take any amino acids pre workout (other than cialis and a banana) because I was concerned that the pumps would kill me mid-way through the session.

    I started with incline dumbbells. Repped 8. Felt light, probably my mind playing tricks on me since I've mentally prepared for this. Repped another 8. No problem. Prepared for a failure and beyond set. Failed at 4 reps, mental breakdown here... Do I drop? No... I pushed. My elbows went up about 5 inches and held there for about 6 seconds. I pretty much yelled like I got stabbed and dropped. So 4 and a half reps.

    Dropped the bench for a flat DB set. Same thing. 8 and 8, then went to failure at 3 reps. Again, I could not push my arms all the way up. But was able to hold for about 6 seconds, and slowly (about another 6 seconds) reverse resistance to drop.

    -- 20 second breaks between sets. 1 minute break to next exercise. My arms are chest turned completely red at this point.

    Walked over for some dips. Nonstop plated dips for 3 rounds of 20 reps. Total 60 dips. Funny, at rep 60, my belt broke. Good timing. I need to stop being cheap and get a decent belt. Recommendations?

    -- 10 second breaks between sets. 1 minute break to next exercise. Triceps are burning.

    Cable crossovers. This is where I lost it. I decided to do only 1 warm up and 2 failure. Bad idea. Should have done 2 warmups. The second set had my elbows buckle. Pulled me back with force. Rested a bit and went back. Had to focus on reverse resistance here to simulate failure. Not satisfied with this one. Frustrated, dropped and did 40 pushups. I'll be back for more, you fuking cables.

    -- 1 minute break.

    I'm exhausted. I want to go home. But what would Marcus do? I know I need to return to cable flys. But needed something to get my mind off of them for a minute. Staring at the seated fly machine, I figured I can do my warm up there, and come back to the cables. So I went for it and did 2 reps of 8.

    -- 1 minute break.

    Hello, Cables. Remember me? Loaded up for failure. Low to high I ran 5 reps and started pushing for the 6th. I don't think I've ever had that much pressure on my left foot. I can feel both calves twitching. Gotta be losing focus because I shouldn't be feeling or thinking of my calves. Sign of weakness. Fuk this, chest must die, now. I pushed and locked up half way through totally forgot to exhale, big mistake, but it was either me or the weights. Teeth grinding, grunting like a mad man, I finally made it. My pinky knuckles touched. Swing back to the left, swing to the right, done. That felt like it was a 20 minute rep that wouldn't end.

    I couldn't leave right away. Had to sit down. Had a drink of water. Chest is filled with blood. Hard as a rock. Went to the restroom, had to see it. Large bruise/scrape on my left pec about 3 inches straight down. No idea how that happened. Anyway, chest is looking better than ever. Time to go home.

    It's been a few minutes now. On my way out I stopped and hit the cables for one last go. Same weight, repped 2 and done. Chest is dead. No more endurance left in the muscles.

    Took 9 grams of Arginine before bed for that precious resting growth hormone release.

    This morning when I got up, turned to get out of bed and felt as if someone was pushing on my chest. I can feel resistance somehow. Not like the usual sore feeling. Feel pumped. My neck hurts, traps are sore, arms are exhausted.

    I think I want to have a friend video tape me next time on the cables. I think that my form is being sacrificed at the failure reps. The mirror is worthless at this stage because all I can see is my two fists trying to come together. Watching tape will help and hopefully I'll be able to better next time.

    Now for 8 more nights of rest. Thanks for the motivation, Marcus.

    On cables I do 2 sets as heavy as I can and then attempt the same weight for as many reps as I can and then do a double drop. This makes my chest feel like its on fire.

    Walked over for some dips. Nonstop plated dips for 3 rounds of 20 reps. Total 60 dips. Funny, at rep 60, my belt broke. Good timing. I need to stop being cheap and get a decent belt. Recommendations?

    -- 10 second breaks between sets. 1 minute break to next exercise. Triceps are burning.

    Cable crossovers. This is where I lost it. I decided to do only 1 warm up and 2 failure. Bad idea. Should have done 2 warmups. The second set had my elbows buckle. Pulled me back with force. Rested a bit and went back. Had to focus on reverse resistance here to simulate failure. Not satisfied with this one. Frustrated, dropped and did 40 pushups. I'll be back for more, you fuking cables.

    I'm exhausted. I want to go home. But what would Marcus do? I know I need to return to cable flys. But needed something to get my mind off of them for a minute. Staring at the seated fly machine, I figured I can do my warm up there, and come back to the cables. So I went for it and did 2 reps of 8.

    Hello, Cables. Remember me? Loaded up for failure. Low to high I ran 5 reps and started pushing for the 6th. I don't think I've ever had that much pressure on my left foot. I can feel both calves twitching. Gotta be losing focus because I shouldn't be feeling or thinking of my calves. Sign of weakness. Fuk this, chest must die, now. I pushed and locked up half way through totally forgot to exhale, big mistake, but it was either me or the weights. Teeth grinding, grunting like a mad man, I finally made it. My pinky knuckles touched. Swing back to the left, swing to the right, done. That felt like it was a 20 minute rep that wouldn't end.

    I couldn't leave right away. Had to sit down. Had a drink of water. Chest is filled with blood. Hard as a rock. Went to the restroom, had to see it. Large bruise/scrape on my left pec about 3 inches straight down. No idea how that happened. Anyway, chest is looking better than ever. Time to go home.

    It's been a few minutes now. On my way out I stopped and hit the cables for one last go. Same weight, repped 2 and done. Chest is dead. No more endurance left in the muscles.

    Took 9 grams of Arginine before bed for that precious resting growth hormone release.

    This morning when I got up, turned to get out of bed and felt as if someone was pushing on my chest. I can feel resistance somehow. Not like the usual sore feeling. Feel pumped. My neck hurts, traps are sore, arms are exhausted.

    I think I want to have a friend video tape me next time on the cables. I think that my form is being sacrificed at the failure reps. The mirror is worthless at this stage because all I can see is my two fists trying to come together. Watching tape will help and hopefully I'll be able to better next time.

    Now for 8 more nights of rest. Thanks for the motivation, Marcus.

    The gf watched as I was finishing and she couldn't believe it. She said no body in the gym was pushing the way I was. It felt good to hear it.

    I almost puked doing side laterals..... So hard and heavy and short of breath. It was intense.

    On another note - the ex-wife squeezed my arm when I dropped my daughter off and she goes "Jesus Christ....." I said "you had ur chance" lmfao

    For the past few days, I've been slacking on eating. Haven't been hitting calories and alot of eating out and a few beers here and there. I've seen my stomach get fatter in the past few days . Today getting my mind straigh and my priorities in order because tomorrow it's back to putting on some seriouse size.
