    That's exactly what my next cycle looks like, except I'm adding deca in the mix. I've experimented with dosages on deca. I went over 1g once, 1.2. I'm jumping it with a pre-load of 1000mg prop / 1000mg enan and 1000mg npp / 600mg deca week 1, then going long esters the rest of the way.

What I mean is this, you do a set to ultimate failure and get maybe 8 reps or so. At this point do you really need a drop or would you be better served with an RP? I personally choose the RP here knowing I'll probably get half the reps of the last set. After this I'd insert the drop set. The goal is muscular failure with the most amount of weight to engage all muscle fibers possible. The opposite applies equally. If your first all out set reached failure at a lower number of reps, by all means insert a drop set here. After this drop and if the reps were sufficient a RP may be prudent. In other words, let your set and performance be your guide. Don't be locked into just one way of doing things. Use the feedback your body and mind give you and make the correct decision and achieve your best possible results. Rant over.

    So you did a rebound cycle out of the comp? that's great its one of the best times to increase in LBM, very similar to priming/SBC's which I adore some people have to watch their carb intake during the first two weeks because they will bloat and gain water weight but if you drip feed the carbs for the first 2 weeks then over eat gains are incredible, some guys don't need to slow drive the carbs and can go straight into over eating on day one of the rebound. Ive done both I love over eating anyway!!

    Adjust cals to suit new body weight each week or 5 days and gains will keep coming, use the strength with this style of training and you will build new tissue like you have never experienced before, that's why I advice priming coupled with short burst cycles

    Slin is shit, drop that crap especially if your not on pharm grade hgh


    And drop the beard and your welcome in the big boys club

    Ive mentioned this before so I think its time to mention it again seeing you have brought it up. When ive been bulking and been stuck at a sticking point in my development ive always included 24/7 feeding, its brutal but when your running high androgens coupled with intense training you can explode past your sticking points and really make crazy gains. Little tip after the bulk carry on 24/7 feeding but every week drop a few cals to adjust things out and you will find a new maintenance to support the new tissue ......

    Marcus everything you have posted today for me is a wealth of info. Fvck for all if this whole lifestyle isn't like a' puzzle you constantly get a piece for each day. Every piece starts to fit together but you have to keep getting pieces(learning) and putting them together. I may never finish the puzzle but I'll work on it everyday.

    I accept my membership to the BBC. I'm glad you have accepted my beard. I know it goes aginst your grain. But it shows your bigger on the inside than out by making the exception.

    Holy fvck it feels like I got beat in the legs with a bat... Day off today and back tomorrow for chest/tris. Looking forward to getting in there and modifying the feel/working/heavy set methodology.

    Fueling all day long.. Prepping meal 3 now, so far it's been:

    Meal 1: 8 eggs, banana, 2 flour tortillas (made burritos!)
    Meal 2: protein shake and oats
    Meal 3: (coming up) - two tilapia, rice, brussel sprouts with turkey bacon

    Also took out some chicken breasts and lean pork chops for later.

    Good progress today for me I think. My arm day and I believe I hit another plateau, maybe! Ha!

    Though I workout alone, on my tricep exercises I reached a failure i never have before. Every time my mind told me 'last one,' I pushed it aside and damn if my arms didn't get out another one, then two, then a third....you get the idea. Happened several times and it felt great. Cheers guys!

    This time however it back fired lol. One pec looks great and the I swollen one looks like I forgot a synthol injection for 4 weeks lol

    I don't even inject glutes anymore. The pain in excruciating. It feels like a red hot poker in the muscle until the injection it over. The oil doesn't push In..... And I have a 4" welt for a week after.

    My thoughts are its scar tissue..... I've tried glutes a few times since the pain and its happened every time. Ill never attempt them again
