Wolf REALLY improved this year. Ill be pissed if he doesn't take 2nd. They did move him to the outside and moved dexter next to Phil. We'll see....
I agree. I was suprised Wolf didnt get second. In the morning I definitely think he was second.

Im not sure if you watched the breathing and bracing video that Marcus posted, but if you watch the bench one it gives the best explanation of bar placement and movement Ive ever heard. This is the safest way to bench and can not be achieved with a smith machine. The smith machine is imo on good for incline rep work. I was using the smith machine flat for my rehab work, then when I came back to free, I hurt myself because I was bringing the bar to far over my chest and straight up instead of down below my nipples then back towards my head.

Nice numbers, BG! At least you don't have to drop back into PCT. . I bet you'll move past your sticking point.

I don't like to flat bench in the Smythe machine either. If I flat b'bell bench, I'll set my spotter arms just a tad lower than the bottom position of my press, hang the bar off my hooks, and go at it.
Flat benching in the Smythe does bad things to my shoulders, it works great for inclines though.

Please take 2 hours out of your life to watch and listen to the new Dorian Yates interview 1 & 2 .

He thinks the exact same way as me and feel we would get on so well

Excellent insight into the beast from the UK who dominated bodybuilding for so many years.

My body is aching and my emotions are on a roller coaster, I am 3 weeks behind from having my TRT due to blood result issues and some health problems. I am struggling to keep my focus and the most powerful thing I have always had is my mind and I am losing that right now with how I feel. I know I need my Test I cant express what it feels like and I know this is more mental state rather than extreme low T at this stage but I tell you I trained today and it wasn't good.

I've got my blood donor card yesterday and I am good to go every 12 weeks and I have put my order in to have my trt prescription which should be ready on Wed's but not sure if my new doctor is going to play ball. I can't go through blood tests again to show them how low my T is.

I live in hope I get my drugs, I feel like a fuking junkie and know I need to focus my mind but str8uggling today. My temper is increasing aswell. How strange what some T does to use and how it makes us feel

When I had low T my symptoms were bad, I didn't have just under low range I had serious issues and completely destroyed my T and that feeling is a living nightmare on a daily basis if only some of these young guys know what's coming they would have second thoughts.

I will be self prescribing if he doesn't play ball.

    Completely understandable!

I don't see how they can actually let this kind of sh!t happen - especially since you've been w/a doc(the same up until this new guy) -- it's definitely not right what they're doing and should be a no fvkin brainer!

LEGS - they hurt so good - my quads feel like boulders(smaller boulders lol)

    Stretching(static) rolling RC ex's abs more stretching(dynamic)

    1. Used the smith for squats(as my R arm will not reach bar to lock in - but want to keep up w/my technique/form for when I can lock in) takes away lots of power :/
    - 4 warm ups working on form(warm ups w/225/275 for 12+ reps) 1w 6-8 failing drop 5 stayed at same weight 4

    2. Lunges - 2w 12+/10+ hitting failure

    3. Leg press non-lock - 2w 12ish failing -- 10 deep breaths -- 8+ failing

    4. RDLs w/DBs - 1w 10+ &RP+ 3/ 2w 8+RP 2 failing on both(or until form/knees gave)

    5. Ext - warm up 1w 10-12 failing w/partials DD 7/4 + partials(1/4s) and slow neg(or until gave out)

    6. Leg Curls - warm up - 1w 10ish drop 5 drop 3

Standing Calves - 3w to failure - slow and held top of contraction for 3+sec on all reps

Fvkin spent - forgot to put new weights - ext/curls/but more reps w/squats & lunges w/same or slight increase in weight

Weights done in 42min and I can't walk lol Gonna be feeling this for a few days

    Arms done

Everything slow and strict...concentrating on form, breathing, and holding.

    Tris

    Rope pull down
    Ez bar push down
    Db overhead
    Single arm incline skulls
(Wanted to get close grip but national chest day and not one bench open.)

    Bi's

    Straight bar wide grip
    Seated alt db curls
    Reverse grip ez bar
    Rope cable curls

20 mins carido. Got pretty much entire time 12.5% incline at 4.0 speed.

Hang in there, Marcus. I know the dropping T levels are a real mind fvck. Hopefully, this Dr. will approve your TRT @ the doses that have you feeling "normal", and you can save your extra T for the occasional blast.

Watching an old video with Mikhail Koklyaev. Enjoy listening to his outlook on lifting.

"I like blood on the equipment." " Win or die, I like this".

Finishing off a Marcus-style shake and then headed to the shop.
