Get a PO box for legit stuff, Haz. I had a local meth head steal an replacement debit card from my mailbox about a few years ago. Got me for $500 and it took forever to get $$ back because the bank wouldn't provide an affidavit of fraud with the actual addresses of the ATMs so I couldn't file a report w/ LE. When I finally got copies of the ATM pics, I showed them to my mail carrier and her sister (also a mail carrier), they identified the guy and gave me a name and addy. Otherwise, he probably wouldn't have been caught for that.
LOL, he got out of jail quickly and was back in again just as quickly. He stole stuff from the wife of a local pawn shop owner and then tried to sell the stuff at that pawn shop.
Edit: We get all bank correspondence, financial stuff, insurance info, etc. sent to the PO box.Last edited by almostgone; 09-23-2015 at 06:25 PM.

Just waking up. Lots of lifting and excitement going on today.
Haz, sounds like the time is getting close!
Sfla, sounds like your bloods are improving. Wonder why they ran your hemoglobin, but not your hematocrit?
Drinking a shake and then off to the shop in a few to work legs. Just got a tick off of me and I swear this f-in thing hurt 3x as much as any other tick I've removed in the past. D@mn thing had attached right @ my belt line, but had really gotten a good hold.Last edited by almostgone; 09-23-2015 at 06:14 PM.

So here's the low down
Her blood pressure was high. 147/110 - so they decided to do a pelvic exam. Her cervix isn't soft enough so they want to admit her and give her pills to start that process. It should be ripe enough within 12-18 hours. The baby should be born within 24.
I went to chipotle and got two chicken and rice meals with extra chicken lol. My sis has a bag packed for me with all my shakes :-)

They tested both just mentioned the one.
Crit I believe was 48. Still high but coming down slowly but surely. And thinking I'll just do a double next week. I can wait the 3 months for next since I won't be cycling for awhile....if ever
I'm very happy kidneys r in range now.
Just wish I could remmeber ck before.
All labs are sent to a sight that I can check on my own now. With appointment and prescriptions and everything...but for some reason last month's bloods aren't showing. So have to wait and ask next week.

Good fast paced lift tonight. I stuck with 2 work sets and a drop in weight between sets except for hacks, reverse hacks, and standing calf raises. I kept the same weight on both sets on those, but I took almost a 1 minute break in between sets. On the other stuff, I dropped weight, but took a shorter rest.
Didn't get in leg curls tonight. Legs were/are smoked and when I reset the padded arm on leg extension/curl machine I forgot to shift the pin to move weight in opposite direction. Saw what I had done and decided to call that the end of the lift.
2 sets crunches
Leg extensions- 2 w/u, Work1-16, drop weight, Work2-13
Hacks- 1 w/u, Work1-12 reps, Work2-7. No drop in between sets.
Reverse hacks- Work1-12 reps, Work2-7. No drop in between sets.
Seated calf raises- Work1-15 reps, drop weight, Work2-10.
Standing calf raises-Work1-10 reps, Work2- 9. No drop.
Leg press-1w/u, Work1-9 reps, drop weight, Work2-11.
No leg curls.
32 minutes not including the crunches. Legs are cooked. Knees seem to be less of an issue on hacks this time and felt really strong on reverse hacks, so I will bump up the weight on one or both lifts next time.Last edited by almostgone; 09-23-2015 at 09:41 PM.

Good session AG. I had an unbelievable workout tonight.
Shoulders -
DB press: warm up set, feel set, 80x10, 60x6, 40x6. That was hard.. Cuffs are on fire already
Side lateral raises: feel set, 45x4, 40x4, 35x6, 30x6. Then took the 20s and held them out lateral for as long as I could.
Bent over rear delt: feeler, then heavy, triple drop
Reverse pec dec: same
Back -
Hammer strength lat pull down: 45sx10 (could have done 30 but saving energy), 2 platesx10 for feel and 3 platesx6, drop to 2 platesx8, drop to 1 platex6 very slow reps and hold at the peak.. Doing everything I can to make this hurt as much as possible. Feels incredible.
Bent over DB rows: 65x12, 100x6, drop to 65x10. Should have gone heavier for the drop but the 65 was right there and I'm extremely out of breath but wanted to keep going.
Seated close grip rows: feel, heavy and triple drop.
Did some straight arm rope pull downs to failure and ended with traps.
20 mins cardio.
Natty PB sandwich on protein bread and a shake. 2 pork chops and steak.. Bunch of rice.

What should I do?
reduce size come in more cut, save as much muscle as possible?
put more size on, push the boundaries again?
stay the same just coasting along keeping as healthy as possible and slowly reducing size over the next few years?

My goal as I've aged has been to maintain as much size (and conditioning) as possible while keeping health in the forefront. Meaning not taking unnecessary risks. The reason I mention "risk" is that I want to continue to look like a BB'er as I age. I don't want to suddenly burn out or have health problems where all muscle is lost and I'm back to normal. There's many competitive BB'ers who we've seen go through this. Most tend to put out that they don't lift anymore, have different goals, etc., but in most cases it's due to a health issue. We can only imagine the cause. Notably and most current, take a look at Dave Palumbo. He's a shadow of what he once was.
I expect to lose some size as I age. But I expect to fight it as much as possible with intelligence, intense exercise, nutrition and a no-fail mindset. I look at guys my age, and many much younger and simply wonder how they let themselves get in that condition? It's disturbing to me. You only get one body so make the best of it. Our bodies have effective ages just like homes do, so maintain your house and keep it young at heart!
So, in essence, as we age we have to improvise, adapt and overcome to continue being the person we want to be.

I suggest option 3 for 6-9 months at least, Marcus, maybe a tad longer and see how you feel. You may find that just a slight increase in conditioning gives you the look you want w/o loading up the joints quite as much?
Whatever you do, the priority needs to be your health and staying on top of your labs to see how your body handles the changes.
Just my 2cc, big guy, because we all want you to be healthy!
Edit: I guess what I'm trying to say is please stay healthy.. Why not maintain, refine, and evaluate for the next 6-9 months? Then if all is well healthwise, and you see you want a tad more size then, go at it slow and steady? . Also, if you did decide that you had to ramp it back up later on, you would have a nice period of time there to allow for some extended healing time, continue your mobility stretches, and just let the system recuperate prior to the onslaught.
You seem to be nicely fixed for.your TRT, so just do what you do so well with HIT, but with an eye towards possibly giving the joints a slight break.
Again, I'm just an old man "waffling" on.Last edited by almostgone; 09-24-2015 at 08:47 AM.
