@ Bod... I'm with SFLA/& AG as well.. Take the rest brotha learn from 'us' who've made the mistake of going too far without rest - it's not HIT at that point either - tho we think it may be we need to learn our bodies and give it the respect it deserves... I'm learning myself but I'm mending now and feeling much better etc except these toofs! Lol

Thanks EVERYONE with the help. That was super fast and good info.
I sorta get depressed if I don't go to the gym guys. Stay in a bad mood hard to be around. It's sad I know but its the truth. I feel like shit and beat myself up over.
So here is the plan after reading everyone advice...
I am going to rest it till Wed. I will do legs on Wed. I will do cardio and stretching and some posing(Try) between now and Wed. Something I can do to get a sweat going. I will take my shot on Mon of next week just like planned. If it's not better by then I will drop back down to my TRT dose.
How that guys??
Also guys I have been icing and taking pain meds and putting heat on it. I can't believe it hurts as bad as it does.
Big fvcking Cvn't I guess.lol

Cable fly 1 working DD 2nd drop i just burnt out high rep
Good session chest was on fire.
Home washed changed then out with my two wee girl took them out for wee bits and bobs then some dinner.

I found failure on the 45s and felt a little light headed. Haz pretty much hit the deck on the last set, and I stayed pretty low as well just in case. Lol. Then hit flys and did a whole new form that really isolates the chest.
Pretty damn epic and I'm not sure anyone I know or lift with would have any desire to lift like that or endure that much pain.
Haz showed me some back movements and then we left.. Didn't even look in the direction of the cardio area.
Great session, and one for the books.
