    Yeah I got a scam call not long ago saying I owed back taxes. I had s hay day with that call. It's almost to the point I look forward to it.... Lol

    OK, guess its about bedtime for me. I worked last night, purchased groceries this morning, offended people, and have gotten a haircut.. All in all not too shabby.

    @ Bod... I'm with SFLA/& AG as well.. Take the rest brotha learn from 'us' who've made the mistake of going too far without rest - it's not HIT at that point either - tho we think it may be we need to learn our bodies and give it the respect it deserves... I'm learning myself but I'm mending now and feeling much better etc except these toofs! Lol

    Thanks EVERYONE with the help. That was super fast and good info.

    I sorta get depressed if I don't go to the gym guys. Stay in a bad mood hard to be around. It's sad I know but its the truth. I feel like shit and beat myself up over.

    So here is the plan after reading everyone advice...

    I am going to rest it till Wed. I will do legs on Wed. I will do cardio and stretching and some posing(Try) between now and Wed. Something I can do to get a sweat going. I will take my shot on Mon of next week just like planned. If it's not better by then I will drop back down to my TRT dose.

    How that guys??

    Also guys I have been icing and taking pain meds and putting heat on it. I can't believe it hurts as bad as it does.
    Big fvcking Cvn't I guess.lol

    Thanks again everyone again. If I need to change something please give me feed back.

    A lot of us have gone through that.. I still do as well. Not so mucin depressed just really ancy when I haven't been in a few days.. Always conscious of it and it can be tough to be pleasant when you're unhappy with your schedule and aren't able to be consistent or if/when you need to nurse an injury. November was very much like that for me. Also, insomnia really takes its toll without that physical release. Just work through it and know that you've got a long way to go and further progress to make. Remember, it's a marathon, right?

    Also, I think your plan of attack over the next few days works and makes good sense. You'll be good bro. Remember to stay around here as well. I've made the mistake in the past of feeling like such a cvnt when coming off that I just stopped reading and posting, because it was so depressing.

    Need to view it as a support structure and continuous motivation to stay on track, which can be particularly challenging when coming off, for me anyway.

    Did some inclines with a couple plates to get the blood in the muscle and went over to the bench.

    Grabbed 100s, 85s, 65s, and 45s. Went 100s and dropped to 85s, 85s drop to 65s, then 65s drop to 45s and I picked the 45s up and they felt like 100s. Couldn't believe it.

    We would go until we couldn't perform full reps and then belted out 6-8 quarter reps. Then, after each movement and before the drop (and again at the end of the set) we did these pressure/negative/stretch movements where the spotter would put pressure on the dbs and we would fight the negative by pushing up and I'm not sure I've ever felt pain like that in my chest.

    I found failure on the 45s and felt a little light headed. Haz pretty much hit the deck on the last set, and I stayed pretty low as well just in case. Lol. Then hit flys and did a whole new form that really isolates the chest.

    Pretty damn epic and I'm not sure anyone I know or lift with would have any desire to lift like that or endure that much pain.

    Haz showed me some back movements and then we left.. Didn't even look in the direction of the cardio area.

    Great session, and one for the books.

Grabbed 100s, 85s, 65s, and 45s. Went 100s and dropped to 85s, 85s drop to 65s, then 65s drop to 45s and I picked the 45s up and they felt like 100s. Couldn't believe it. We would go until we couldn't perform full reps and then belted out 6-8 quarter reps. Then, after each movement and before the drop (and again at the end of the set) we did these pressure/negative/stretch movements where the spotter would put pressure on the dbs and we would fight the negative by pushing up and I'm not sure I've ever felt pain like that in my chest. I found failure on the 45s and felt a little light headed. Haz pretty much hit the deck on the last set, and I stayed pretty low as well just in case. Lol. Then hit flys and did a whole new form that really isolates the chest. Pretty damn epic and I'm not sure anyone I know or lift with would have any desire to lift like that or endure that much pain. Haz showed me some back movements and then we left.. Didn't even look in the direction of the cardio area. Great session, and one for the books.
    By the 2nd set your failing with the 85's and when u drop it you destroy whatever was left. That last set with the 65s takes u to failure and then the 45s take you beyond failure. The negative pressure forces blood into the pec and it just engourges and tears muscle cells. Had fun :-)
