    Crushed legs felt great all day, new it was going to be a good work out. My back is 100%, Im feeling awesome, once I get my shoulder straight (which should only be 2 weeks) its going to be some of the best training of my life.

    Warm up (Lots)

    Squats- best working set Ive ever hit
    Hacks
    Leg press
    Extensions-paused for count of 3
    Rear curls
    calves

    Idk if u saw a few pages back I used the "spider attachment"? For squats(where the bars come out in from and the pegs you liar are lower on your back)... It felt amazing and I can't wait to keep that weight in my back!

    Sounds like.you found the groove, that's good. Sometimes people with shoulder issues use the vertical parts of the bar that the weight pegs are attached to as handles. First thing that always seems to happen is they push outward on the handles as they try to blast up and it ends up killing their balance.

    At work, getting ready to attempt to make chicken salad out of chicken sh!t. One of the robots went on tour and absolutely wrecked a buttload of fixtures and ripped the jaws off of a pick and place.
    Legs tomorrow. . My mail came very recently and just for sh!ts and giggles I want to pin an amp of Testovis preworkout. I have some very good TNE, but I suspect it is part of the reason my hematocrit spiked as quickly as it did so I will limit its use to "special days".

    Ah, I'm just a lowly machinist in the maintenance shop. We do have a good bit of automation out on the floor though. Mostly Denso. But when one sh!ts the bed, bad things happen.
    You tinker with robotic welding, right? You know how it goes. When one goes on tour, it ain't pretty and it doesn't happen slow. Invariably, it seems what gets trashed is rarely an item we have in stock, so I start cranking handles and making chips or whipping up a program.right quick to make what is needed.

    Just hit the store to stock up on soup veggies. Think I may have offended one of the customers in line behind me. The cashier is always flirty and asking about my ink or.how long my braid is getting.
    Anyway, she asked.if I ate a lot of vegetables and I replied "Only if they're consenting adults.". The cashier cracked up but I don't the the other lady appreciated it.

    @ AG Thx.. What a difference! Still stoked

    @ Sfla I pretty sure they're putting me under or close to it if they can't knock me out lol... The dentist took one look at me then my mouth and said you lift really heavy don't you)... Yes... He said your jaw(locks) and you slam your mouth(teeth into each other) and clench... I said yup... He said you cracked 2 wisdom teeth in half and a mouller... Says I need cubic zirconium and that Id shatter anything else they'd use!

    Going in for delts/traps- or back... Got some time b4 these teeth get pulled then it'll be a few days at least - any spike in BP will open those wounds again when trying to close(at least all on bottom no tops - for the sinus stuff)...

    Guys kinda down in the dumps today.Woke up and my bicep right one is killing me. It's hurt for a few days now. I know what it's from (arm wrestling). I'll never do that again. I can't believe it hurts this bad. I don't think I have ripped anything. I do think I have strained stuff though pretty bad. Real bad ... lol

    Didn't do anything this morning I tired, just way to painful. Going to take atleast till Tuesday or Wednesday off.

    Here is the kicker and where I need help guys. I am finishing up week 10 of cycle. Will this hurt me if I take till Wednesday off nothing beside cardio and abs could do legs one day. Then start back if arms feels okay and got I'll the planNed week 12 on cycle or add one week in? Or should I just stop altogether after this week?

    Starting to think about doing a short burst cycle soon.

    Won't be until mid-end January probably.

    it all depends on docs apts and blood work.

    Will start priming, and research Marcus thread again to make sure I know exactly what to do. Looking to do a 8 wks.

    It shouldn't hurt you to take some rest. Rest is always good. But if it's still bothering u by Tuesday , I would say cut it short....I'm sure u have made great gains to this point anyway.

    Love good TNE so much. That's some fun stuff but definitely need to be careful with it.

    Bod, I'm with Sfla. Take the rest. If you're on week 10 out of 12, you could go either way with it. Personally, I would drop back to TRT or hit PCT, whichever you do. On the other hand, if you're feeling froggy, stay with 12 or 13 weeks and focus mainly on legs and let the arms heal.
    Either way though, I would focus mainly on lower body work until the arm is back up to snuff. Defo steer clear of rowing movements, deads, or any arm work until.you are sure it is G2G if it is giving you lots of grief.

    Like AG said, I think you could go either way and, if you're able to continue to focus on areas you can still benefit from, finish up, otherwise, begin your PCT and continue to train lightly (core/cardio) as you heal up.

    Lower back extensions

    My back is on fire and it made me get a little light headed. Felt good..... 35 minutes low intensity cardio to get everything calmed down and done

    LOL, I do have a slightly perverse sense of humor. I'm on a roll today. We just got the scam " Windows customer service" call to help us with a "computer problem they have detected".
    It was a lady with pronounced Middle Eastern accent. I gave her about 45 seconds of my time and asked her what she was wearing. She replied, " Excuse me sir, I do not understand."
