I do. Haven't trained in a commercial gym in probably a dozen years now. Got a decent little set up. The vertical is great.

I saw the link you posted on the vertical, I'm looking at buying one. A leg press would be great for my gym to work around my torn groin. Squatting just activates it too much still. I could really bring my feet in a still get some work in. Nothing like having your own equipment at the house!!!

    Back today.....

Lat pull downs to warm up

    - hammer strength underhand pulls
    - close grip cable rows
    -straight arm pull downs

Worked out with a good friend today. He's pretty big and I sorta broke him into HIT without killing him lol. He loved it but he's very reserved due to two bicep tears and a hamstring tear. It was fun just getting to spend some time with an old friend.

Leg press pause reps 2 warm 2 working sets 5 forced reps after fail

Sled same as above no warm ups first set inside stance second set outside

    Leg extensions

    Leg curls

    Lunges

30 minutes low intensity cardio and done.

Great workout now that I have found some heavy lift that do not aggravate that lower back. Just have to keep my butt pinned down in that seat

Exactly how I felt when I hit the leg press at the gym last week. I am contemplating a membership, just for leg workouts. Suppose I could buy a leg press and make my money back after a few years of use...geez I'm not usually so indecisive...ramble much.

kind of just depends. I sure would like a home gym but I would still go to the gym for sure. It would be nice for times that the gym is closed or hours just don't work but I will always be one of those that frequent the gym

I preferred working out at home for a good 10 years. Now I goto a commercial gym and while I like it - driving to it is annoying. There's a ton more machines tho which is nice

That what it boils down for, to me, as well. The machines and variations.

Of course, nothing is going to substitute for will power and motivation. More often, I am more intense and motivated at home, so it works for me.

Did legs today fellas. Wasn't as good as I was hoping thats for sure. I just had life on my mind today. Usually when I am at the gym it's just me my music and my goals. Well today life and stress from my job was on my mind. I'll find out tonight if I get to keep my job or not for sure. That's what they told me yesterday. That I should know today. So was up pretty much all night thinking about it also. But I still went in and did something. Just wish it would have been a tad bit better.

Hope everyone has a good day!!

I agree with kel I hate the snow. It's going to be a good one they say. The wife works for the collage they have already canceled class for tomorrow.

My job update. I am not losing a job. I could be getting displaced which is losing the job I have now and going to another. So the news was 50/50 I worked my ass off the last 3 years with school and tests to get the job I have now and its a good job. But I guess we will see time will tell.

But I know these fu*kers will want us to come in if its 5 foot of snow. They don't care.
