Correct, my man.
Great class today. Talked a lot about insulin sensitivity and diet.
Of course we get to hormones and testosterone and clomid and I'm all off rambling about these "bodybuilders"

Thanks guys.
I was thinking same as AG...feeling good, last GP visit was good, the last surgeon phone call was good.
Just bad timing for all this.
Haven't even told the HAW yet....we are both at work and I'm not telling her through texts and get her all worked up. Honestly might not even say anything right now until next scan.
Another good thing out of all this. The one medicine is the reason I have been sleeping like a brick lately. Used to have horrible sleep and up by 5am everyday....now struggle to get up at 630 lol.

Hey guys this thread is blowing the fvck up! Still working hard but with the weather change my CIDP is acting up which kills my energy and drive. I'm trying hard to keep it but I feel sluggish and tired (this shit happens every year this time). Was hoping I was over it but been off meds for about 4 months and have been feeling better than ever, now starting to feel shitty. My main goal is to not go back on meds because it's a 6 hour iv drip once a week. Wish me luck I'm trying to stay strong and fight through it.

I would probably do the same thing for now, Sfla. Just think of the next visit as a followup. You and Mrs. Sfla have enough going on right now with the new arrival coming soon.
Also, you know how quickly the diagnosis for these things changes. Your cardio has already said the current imaging wasn't a real good representation of what is actually going on. It may well be that when they get some better imaging, things look better than they think.
I've been down that road and know it is frustrating as f*ck. You think things are golden and "Blammo", someone serves you a sh!t sandwich. But hang in there man, there's no benefit in having anything less than a positive attitude, because there's no real accurate assessment yet, IMO.
Is it the Bystolic that is making you rest better? If so, then excellent since you haven't had any of the negative sides that beta-blockers can create.
Anytime you need to shoot the shit, vent, or whatever, just hit me up w/ a PM. If I'm awake, I'm generally logged into the forum.
LOL, actually, I'm getting my fat @ss out of bed now, which is unusual for me. I generally stay in bed until the last minute. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Crawled up the stairs.
Did a five minute brisk walk and several minutes of stretching to begin.
Started with extensions 2 feelers then 1 working set for 8, rest paused then 4, rest paused and got 2. Dropped weight and got 2
Hammy curls were next and I had 1 feeler and then my second feeler was rough so I counted it as my set when I failed at 10, rest paused and got 5, rest paused and got 3.
At this point I was in pain like hell.
Went into squats and had 3 warmup sets because my 3rd set was going to be a feeler, but I had the RAGE!! First working set was for 8 (and I have to go on record and say that this set, right here, may have been the first time I had ever failed on squats in my life, and I, literally almost cried. Maybe it was fear, maybe joy, maybe pain, but I ****in did it, I mean I freaking fell forward and the supports caught the bar, liberating). I rest paused for 5, and went for a last set of failure at 4. Unbelievable!
Threw on my weighted vest and grabbed 25lb Dumbbells and did 20 lunges. After a few deep breaths I did more until I failed at 17.
I do not have seated calf raises, so I will settle on standing. and I did my initial feeler and then a set to 12, a rest pause to 9, and then a third rest pause for 5.
Felt like I was going to puke for literally 30 mins.
I am very thankful I did it, but seriously, maybe the hardest workout I have ever endured.

Great stuff going on - already eating my 6th meal today
I'm listening to my body(& shoulder) and taking a day off instead of pushing on for a 3rd day... I'm sticking to a 2on 1off and will reassess my situation after a wk(w/pre-exhaust on the agenda) -- if more rest is in order than so be it... I'll keep growing

Leg day done!
Had every intention to hit 495 on squats. I missed most of last week because of the baby and this week 405 felt heavy. I just kept it there and followed the squats up with close stand hack squats with 12 plates.
Lunges, extensions dropped every 30lbs till I couldn't get a half rep. Standing leg curls and then calves. I'm spent!

I got home after training and my daughter left toys on the stairs. I had to skip two steps to not hit them. I underestimated how difficult that would be coming back down. Skipped a step and almost busted my ass. My quads couldn't support me lol

Yup - my chest is still sore today and I hit it on Sunday!
Usually the day after an arm session mine feel flat... But the second day they're full as fvk, legs feel super pumped and sore for days, back is sore for at least 3-4 days... Delts traps usually feel the worse on the second day -- just something I've noticed about body... While sometimes a BP is sore up until the day b4 it's worked again

Re-post
ARE YOU TRAINING HARD ENOUGH?
I've had a few PM's about training and cycles and one thing what shines through to me is that a lot are not training hard enough they dont fully understand how to train correctly. We spend so much time designing cycles and eliminating sides we think we have the perfect environment to grow into something what looks like it was carved out of stone but after 15 weeks of these super cycles most are pming me asking how can they stop the gains sliding away. We assume members are training hard enough and intense enough but in reality they aren't. I see alot of members just coasting through their training sessions and doing a set number of reps and sets and think the diet and AAS will transform them into a living god but all what happens is the gains slide away and they end up going back on gear to get some kind of size back.
I can't emphasize enough how important it is to find the right training protocol for your body to grow. You have to try many training routines and find which one you respond best to. We also need to get in the right mind set when we walk in that gym, you going there for one purpose and if you don't push your body beyond what its capable of doing your not going to grow bigger. You want to be leaving that gym feeling like you just done 10 rounds with Tyson in his hay day. You have to go through the pain, you have to push and pull the hardest you have ever done before, you have to push your body to places where its never been before and push past the pain every single time you go in the gym.
Overload your body to a state were its screaming for you to stop and no matter what, you couldn't do one more rep even if your life depended on it. If you don't train in this fashion your not training hard enough. Do you want to be bigger than anyone else, do you want to turn heads and do you want to have that monster size what no one else has got then if this is the case stop FUKING around in the gym and stop going through the motions and push past your limits and use methods what take you to hell and back.
I train that hard my eye balls shake and I find it hard to focus, I mentally prepare myself and think of things what make me angry and I push that last rep out no matter what. I kind of like the pain in certain bodyparts and I can push past it into a world of total hell, I feel like I am on fire and I swear I can feel the blood surging through my veins into the muscle what I am working. When I've done my last working set I know I cant perform another rep even if someone had a gun to my head and said you'll die if you don't do another rep, I know I've come to my limit and the sick thing about this is I actually enjoy it., I dream about it, I think about it and I cant wait to get back in the gym to do it again. Its like I'm self harming because the torture I go through is extremely painful but I know this is what I have to do to maintain what I've got and to build those extra few lbs of tissue. This is what separates the normal guys who look like they go to the gym to the fuking monsters what walk this earth
Now are you training hard enough? ask yourself can you train harder because if the answer is yes your restricting your gains and wasting money and time. Why spend all that money on gear, gh and food when your not attacking your body like you should be. Think about it and make your next workout like your going to war with yourself.

Well, sh!t. Chest is starting to complain. Defo won't be throwing any high 5s in the near future. Drinking a shake and watching big Z run around with 903 lbs./410 Kg on his back like it is nothing.
Drinking my spiked shake and then off to the shop to hit legs and throw some broomstick stretches at my pecs.Last edited by almostgone; 10-06-2015 at 06:11 PM.

I'm between 10-12% body fat, and I think I am closer to 10%, but not quite there.
I love eating clean, but like you, I eat "enough" and I don't restrict calories; while eating mainly pro/carb. So I'm not bulking or cutting right now. I eat over my maintenance, but I also lift, and do cardio 4 mornings a week. I concentrate on eating carbs early and especially around workouts.

Went in a bit late and was tired but focused and planned a strategy for back. Decided I was going to stick to back and not incorporate either shoulders or traps. I'll take care of those on Thursday.
Back
tbar row: 2 warms, feel with 2 plates, working with 3 plates x 5 slow reps with holds at the peak then dropped to 2 plates for 5 more
Bent over db row: feel with 80s, then the 110's x 6, drop to 90's x 5.. And another forced rep
Came over to this fun machine.
Did one arm rows, feel then heavy at 150 x 6, drop to 130 x 4, drop 120 and 2 more slow full reps with big squeeze at the top.
Lat pull downs, feel, heavy with one drop.
Done in 30 mins on the nose. 20 mins cardio and sitting in the parking lot now talking to you fine gentlemen and downing a shake.
Going home to eat and hopefully get some rest tonight.
