Whats up big? We haven't gotten a chance to interact yet but I've seen you on here and like how you're implementing the advanced training techniques. Hope its going well for you man.

Creatine is okay, I don't really bother with it any more because it seems to be in everything else now like protien/carb shake powder. I have a big bag of it that probably needs to be tossed lol. It's generally safe at reasonable doses at a rate of 5 to 20 grams per day without worrying about any adverse side-effects, and can contribute to the improvment to the physiological response to resistance exercise, increasing the maximal force production of muscles. Some like to run it during pct for an added boost in the time of percieved catabolism.

kel, just for discussion sake, in an attempt to change muscle shape and appearance: if i like the appearance of prominent gastroc, the double muscle belly look, instead of a thick full calf look, can i just train standing and not focus on soleus?

I havnt used Creatine since highschool..... Other than what's already in a shake I might have.

The only worthwhile supps IMO are glutamine, glucosamine, omegas, NAC, beta-alanine, aminos. I'm probably forgetting a few.....

I've been doing Hit religiously for the past 4 weeks and have been really concentrating on the mental aspect. Every work out I get better/stronger. Also diet has been spot on. The results are UNREAL! Thanks again to all you guys here.. Now when I look around in the gym I'm pretty much the only person who's breaking a sweat, everyone else is taking their 5 minute breaks between each set and carrying on a conversation. well done on your achievement and new training style but why are you doing biceps before chest?

Many prefer tren higher than test but I running them equal both build tissue so why hold back so long as sides can be controlled. How come you dropped it did you experience bad sides

Glad it went your way man. Also glad you took your aggression out with the iron instead of that unfortunate fool's face.

Abs? Maybe a couple tough to maintain on a bulk but have been working them pretty hard.

Looks like this ice storm in Dallas should clear up within a few hours. Flight may be delayed but I'm hopeful to get home tonight. Need my gym.. This is day 3 off..

A developed soleus will enhance, not detract from the appearance of the gastroc. It will give a fuller and wider appearance. Like the asshat below....

It's a strong compound..... I'm confident I can do over a gram a week and not have sides. I don't experience sides like many do. I just figured after a long lay off - I want to stay safe and not tear anything by getting too strong too fast. I'd love to bump it up now but there's no point :-p

There's no better feeling than being on test but after years of using will we ever feel normal again when we have been use to feeling like 100 men?

That's the conversation I've had with a hardcore long term bodybuilder who's at the top of his game.
