I think i Just step down. Thats a good thing. Fix the house or something. Got to be more to it than using 99% energy on personal apperance.
I remember when i bougth the house. I had 3 years away from gyms, roids and powders. Just a little homegym 3 times a week. Cant say my life was worse those years.

So, in order to check my lunges and heart, i went to the forest and ran some stairs at the skijump. Heavy breathing lying in sofa is not good.
But i ran the stairs wo problemes. Several times too. And had to do chins also.
Nevertheless. Changing lifestyle. Cardio several times a week and nazi diett. Veggies and clean protein.
I migth loose some 15 pounds, but i think i will look more buff if my health let me blast.

Anyway. After turning green, i feel so much better. More energic, no pain in chest etc
Tastes like crap, yet, but its like alcohol.. U feel so much better after.
The meat only lovers. And the experts saying u will be ok, just stay away from trans fat, can eat abanana.
Greens ARE good for u. I feel it. No Qs.
So it looks like tren guys. So first injection 7.june or so. Then ill be prepared for the big opening.

You know shithead. Ive started my first ever fullblown diett now. Psycho cardio and vegetables. I even met up at the stadion yesterday and ran one round 400 meters with my mountain shoes.
Increasing anabolics atleast every 2 week.
But cruise on 250 test in the beginning.

Easy. For 2 months, never do cardio. 3 slow wo s a week. Eat shit.
Stil, your muscle memory and years of exercise will help in staying pretty ok.
Then start with cardio 5 times a week, veggies and clean protein. Max a mod cheat each day. If stil buy a wrap at the gastation at work. Once a day.
As Milos Sarcev, or whatever, said. You must have something to cut from.
Make sure your test is high. Min 1500 ngdl. And a lill growth. 1-2 units. (mk677)
Increase test and tren during summer. Possible add cardarine and other ppars aswell. Increase mk677 aswell.
Stay low on protein, u dont need much to maintence.
Then increase protein as u increase doses.
I really think micros are overlooked.
Well, thats my plan im pretty sure it will work.
Smaler but more quality.
Imagine upgrading every week for some 13 weeks. More cut (cardio, veggies) and size(tren)

Eat as little as possible. For experienced guys it will work.
100 g pro a day. After 4 weeks u will not notice.

So, 2 weeks into nazi diett and cardio. Bumping up the test to 300 now for a couple of weeks. Then maybe 400 and masteron P, before add the 19nors, maybe 300 tren and 300 deca .
Feeling young and healthy. Turmeric with pepper has cured myknee, so this is it.
Economi is good also.
Should be a REAL bad ass summerpump!!!
Also ordered more of mk677, cardarine and sr9009 for cutting. Along with carnitine and fatburners (coffein, Green tea and the other shit they put in them)

I will. Sr9009. I tried it before with mod results. But they say u must use it 4 times a day. I guess i can manage 2-3 times.
Plan is to run cardarine 2 weeks then Sr9009 two weeks and repeat.
I think the effect degrades after 2 weeks. So therefor i will try this switching. And maybe get the synergi effect from it also.
But, i trust the tren most. I dont care what they say. Tren is a tremendous fatburner!

Beg to differ. Tren is not a fat burner. Yes it may raise the body temp slightly, but it’s your diet not the AAS. Tren is used for bulking and cutting depending on your diet.
I personally only use it during a cutting cycle but it is the combo that I use along with the diet. Add some mast in there.
If you are just coming off MK. That right there is where your weight loss is, not the tren.
Do you have the I jectable SR009? That stuf works good. I never used oral because I was told that the injectable was more potent.
