But this is new ground for me and reaching 8 without stuff like HGH, clen, T3 etc wo loosing too much beef, migth be hard when in late 40s.

You know Obs, after i got my lovely ass down to 10% in 5 weeks, i got a new probleme.
My hemoroids have become extremely painfull. Sitting on them with my skinny 9% ass all day long in my cab. Before they were protected by surrounding beef, u know. Now their exposed like a turtle without its hat, and pills or creams do not help.
So i wondered, could u come over, gently and carefully penetrate them with an 18 gauge needle and then suck out whats inside of them, leaving them flat and more easy to sit on.
I would really welcome that, bro.
And. U know im a helpfull guy, bro. So i will make it easier. I will try to squise out one of my famous veggies farts while ur at it, so the content of my hemoroids are more likely to enter the back of your mouth, making sure u got "room" for every ml ive got in them!

15-20% id say somewhere close to 17% . Thats not a bad thing. Dont take it as an insult im sitting around the same bodyfat myself. But size matters most, at least to me and power
