Jepp. U can always count on me. After my new diett, min fat, clean pro, loooots of veggies and lots of cardio 4-7 days a week i feel No pain in chest, breathing, BP, heartbeat No nothing.
Then we keep the shit up, even in late 40s.
No recs, nikotin and family dies all in late 80s,women mid 90s.
So i think i dont need to stop.

For doses, ill stay on 250 deca , 200-300 tren , 700-900 test.
I bit high for me, but i feel better now than as a natty with shitty diett.
Just DIM yet and i feel abit e2 elevation, but my guy said he had half a bottle of letro. Other AIs were missing in action.
