Ok. Important workout today. Last wednesday i was in a hurry. Squats, smithsquats and Fox squats. Time to forcem to grow. Legex and legpress are for girls. Dont do shit for me anymore.

My new weapon is the Foxsquats. Very easy on lower back. Hope it has most benefits from deads without the lower back stress. And it hits the thighs deep and thight.

Then traps and throat. Throat is extremely masculin and sexy and i have overlooked it for 30 years

Yes, but look at the length of his neck & how low his traps insert relative to that. If he didn’t develop it (although that does seem a bit excessive) I think it would look odd. Kind of think screwed either way.
