I’ve suggested that. I’m hoping that the doc will “scare” her into trying chiropractic before getting too crazy.

No man, I wish. Sorry I haven’t been around. Nobody escapes bad things in life and unfortunately it’s my time. I’m healthy and nobody I care about is hurt, so I’m thankful for that. I can’t go into details and I’m not in legal trouble or anything. Just my time to be on the pile of shit roller coaster. I’ll get through it, I’m just taking some time to clear my thoughts and been fishing almost everyday I can with my woman. I’m back in the gym, still planning on competing in 2019 if I can get past this current shit show. Much love to you all. I’ll be around more shortly.

Doing some AM cardio this morning, have lost a good deal of size and kinda got skinny fat. I was bad about going back to the doc and getting my HRT refilled and kinda stopped for awhile. But I’m back out of my pity party and lifting and taking care of myself again. Lol

Sorta in the same boat. Didn’t give up on trt but haven’t been in the gym for ~ six weeks. Started back yesterday though. Wife has two herniated disks in her neck so I’ve been focusing on helping her. She was in a ton of pain.

Six weeks out of the gym:

    Chest yesterday

    Today, back:

3 sets wide grip lat pull downs

3 sets reverse grip lat pull downs

    3 sets hammer strength rows

3 sets cable rope face pulls

Pretty scant w/o, but trying to play things smart and come back nice and easy so as to minimize any potential for injury.

    It does indeed!

But it also can turn the right way. I met this girl and we have something going that I’ve never had with any other woman before. And what she represents is something that I’ve always truly wanted. So I’m just staying humble and grounded and thankful for what I have left and what I have gained in lue of all the other stuff.

I’m in the gym, diet is another story. If I’m feeling down I don’t eat. Or if I’m feeling down and bored I go eat. I’m trying to just stick to high protein and maybe recomping a bit. I was really working hard to compete in 2019, but I need to focus life stuff and not get all crazy with training and diet. Idk, i have no defined fitness goals at the moment and that’s the problem. But it’s not a priority until I can get my career back on track.

I’m right there with you man. Like Bio said, life happens at times and we roll with it as best we can. Thank God I don’t earn my living with this lifestyle. Lol.

    Back:

3 sets wide grip pull downs

3 sets reverse grip pull downs

3 sets neutral grip pull downs

3 sets hammer strength rows super set w/ cable face pulls.

Strength seems good for having been mia for ~ two months; endurance...that’s another story. Lol.

I’ve been doing drop sets on every exercise for 3 sets. I’m completely toast by my the end of my workouts. Best thing is no time to think. Just lift and go.

They are great for shoulders and arms. Love it. I did legs a few days ago and man were they taxed.

Anyone ever superset with dropsets until they are literally on the last plate of 10lbs? Drooling, dripping sweat, and basically retarded?

Yeah, that’s what was talking about. I do shoulder flys, then bicep curls then triceps then back to shoulders. No rest at all just drop them and go until you look funny making faces lifting 5lb dumbbells and screaming lol

Yes, I do it every time but usually, finish with Airsquats until I can't do those anymore. Great feeling of almost dying.

I turn purple. I scared myself the other day finishing with OH tricep ext. Just not enough oxyger for the brain and the muscles being worked.

If I try to log my workout within 30 min of finishing
its just jumble letters and nonsense. So... Pretty much the same as any other time of day.

I’ll usually throw air squats in at random as i head to the next giant set or if I need a pause for the upper body.

    Yesterday- Legs:

    Quads

    3 sets squats

3 sets leg press super set w/ leg extensions

    Hamstrings

    3 drop sets leg curls

The leg press/extensions super set tore my arse up! Probably jumped into that a little soon. Oh well, no time like the present!

Got up at 4am to get my workout in. Also back on Keto solid, feeling pretty good. Started a new job recently so that’s helping with my stress and depression. Keeps my mind busy.

    Leg day,

Went to train legs and do squats, groin felt great and it felt like I could move some actually weights today. Until about half way through my warmup my back started to act up. I can’t win.
