Nice, that was almost exactly my chest workout tonight. I started doing these incline cable flies off the incline bench. Man it trashes the pecs and anterior delts.

Yes I agree. I’ve been rotating thru variations of cable fly work and incline flies will definitely light up the pecs.

I usually workout Mon-Fri and rest over the weekend but it looks like I may have to add weekends in too. Have some muscle groups I want to bring up. Getting ready for a blast in about a week so should have plenty of “support” for the extra work load. Lol.

Get it man! I brought up my delts, quads and arms pretty good. My pecs, calves and forearms usually don’t need attention. My arms are usually like that too but I decided to train arms and shoulders, where in the past I didn’t. They just grew passively from other exercises. I wanted to see where they would be at if I actually hit them proper. Man I’m glad I did lol

    Back and Bi’s

Bent over rows before hoes: superset with reverse flies
    4x10-12 rows
    4x10 flies

    Bicep curls with rows
    4x10

    Reverse cables:
    3x10

    Hammer curls:
    3x10

    Comments:
There was so more exercises but i can’t remember them right meow. The disc in my neck while much better is still giving me a bit of problems. So I avoided heavy shrugs and rows or lat pulldowns

Man it’s so tempting to push forward when you begin feeling some progress in the right direction. Recovery periods are so dangerous, for more than one reason!

Just got mine in yesterday as well.

Came in at 244 on an 88-246 reference range. Seems pretty up there, considering it was a non-training day near the ass end of a deload week.

    Leg yesterday and shoulders today.

Work is insanely busy but I have been getting my workouts in and my diets actually been really good. Since I have no down time to be bored I don’t have time to binge eat. Weights up to almost 210lbs, I’ve gained a bit of fluff but have put on some soze on my upper body. Decided to go back on to a strict Keto. My sleep had degraded back down to only a few hours a night. Now that I’ve been back on Keto for 6 days now. I’ve been averaging almost a full 7 hours. 2-3 hours of sleep for the last 6-8 weeks really had got to me. Keto or at least low carb I think is now a must from here on out...

Got this from another board, found it very interesting.

That's an increase of 145 points from baseline!

227 baseline igf-1----->380 igf-1 after being on 4iu of Chinese pharm grade GH for 2 days

    227 baseline igf-1----->372 igf-1 after being on mk677 only for 2 weeks.

So, in conclusion, being on mk677 for 2 weeks was similar to being on 4iu of Chinese pharm grade GH, for me anyhow, as the bloodtest proves it.

Will post actual lab report here tomorrow when off work.

This is an incredible raise in igf-1 for my age of 48 as reference is 67-205 for my age group, and the mk677 for 2 weeks brought me beyond the high range for a young adult in their early 20's.

I couldn't be happier, this helps explain the increases in strength at the gym, as well as the fast recovery from workouts.

MK677 should bring you to the high level of a young adult if you are already at the high end for an older adult.

So I could not be happier that MK677 brought me beyond the very high level range for a young 20 year old. I could only imagine what it could do for a 20 year old.

Mk677 at 25mg a day cost me only 15 a month for the pure powder vs 170 a month for 100 iu of pharm grade Chinese GH at 4iu for 20 days, so the cost savings is quite substantial, and shows that a person could even alternate the two (say 5iu GH) from one month to mk677 only the next month should they desire to save money, or just stay on mk677 to remain at a 4iu GH level.

p.s. keep in mind I took 25mg of mk677 every morning along with huperzine A and EGCG just once a day of both. You could also use CDPcholine and vitamin B5 in place of the huperzine A, this all helps to lower somatostatin.

    Nice find.

I am wanting to give this a go, and just might soon. I also need to go get some baseline bloods, need to look for a spot.

In regards to your sleep, is this not helping it?

It’s helping with sleep. I defiantly hit the bed hard. My problem has been waking up frequently at night. Which is why I’m going back to Keto and making it a lifestyle now. I’ve never had a period of sleep like that in my life. I was actually normal in that regards for once.

It defiantly does cause Lucid dreams. I’m tolerating 12.5mg so I am going up to 25 mg split into upon rising and just before bed. I read about 30 peer reviewed articles last night and 25mg seems to be a very good dosage with relatively low side effects.

Interesting that keto helps you sleep better. I have been looking more into the Wild diet by Abel James, which is pretty much keto.

I’ve been reading a lot of reviews and articles as well, just waiting on my bonus from work and I’ll probably get at least 6-12 months worth to see what happens

I think this time I’m going to follow more of the “carnivore,” diet style for super low carb as I’m going to eat fruits and lots of protein. I don’t care so much about being in ketosis as I do getting sleep. I know to much protein and fruit can kick you out of ketosis. I’m Not to worried about that. Protein is very expensive metabolically to convert to sugars.

    Quad/calf day:

    3 sets squats

    Super set:
    3 sets leg press
    3 sets leg extensions

    Usual calf routine.

Wanted to work in one additional quad exercise but ran out of time. Working out on lunch break is tough.

What’s up guys? I’m on the bench for a few days. Was attacked by a couple of dogs on Monday so I’m pretty sore and have some minor wounds in sensitive areas that need to heal. Keeping an eye on the thread as always though!!

Lol. Yes, I’m lucky they weren’t mine as well.
The situation I was in, I was glad to simply get out of there in one piece. Definitely wanted to send them on to the great kennel in the sky, but wasn’t in a position to make that happen.

I was attacked by a 130 lb German Sheppard about 12 years ago. I bout lost a finger, luckily it's owner pulled him off me. I always thought I knew what I'd do if attacked by a dog.....wrong!

Damn right! It’s a whole different ballgame when you’re staring the bastards right in eyes.

    Hey guys,

Work has been utterly crazy, which is good.
Getting my workouts in but I’m down to 4 times a week. Put on a good bit of size and leaned up some over the last few weeks. I’m about to get my IGF levels tested again. I’ve been on 25mg it MK677 and haven’t noticed really any side effects. I might feel a bit lethargic but honestly I’ve been working so much it could just be from that. I’ll try to post more often, I’ve been getting to work around 4:30-5am and getting off at 8 or 9 pm and heading straight to the gym and bed. It should be slowing down here soon.
