Just curious why anyone would feel tarmyg needs someone to stick up for him as much as he talked down to others he wasn't competing against.
I waited for that little puss to compete so I could ream his ass. Now I see what he looks like and I don't think its really worth it.
Hell, lots and lots of guys made fun of me in my first comp, half the damn dungeon. Now I am bigger than pretty much all of them that made fun of me. Maybe we should pick on tarmyg.
Might give him the drive to transition from being a hand model on QVC
to a model for Bengay.

I dont know how that will work, HIT is an intensity based training which carb cycling is even hard to do because of the low days. Its something that puts on size when bulking imo.....a higher paced type of training w/supers and higher rep counts I think i would be best, burning more calories but still being able to build/condition muscle. This is just my 2 cents, when I read that I was wondering............... I just wanted to reply

I am not worried about what is directed at me. I know what I am doing. I see a lot of guys giving advice on maintaining gains after a cycle that have no clue how to do so. Nach, you are 184lb atm or at least were the other day when you posted so in the dungeon. What were you in comp? 215?
I don't lose. I maintain and grow. I find it funny that a guy (cape) would accuse me of running a gallon of tren when my largest cycle was literally half his dosages of tren in our comp.
I hear and see a lot of big talk about anabolic science and guys that know how to maintain but I never see it. You guys blow up 30 lb and drop back down. No offense of course.
Here I am a year and four months in 55 lbs of lean mass later and I just keep on with the growing. Funny shit is I only just figured out a true method that works for me. Keep watching, the difference between me and others is not the way I run gear, but rather I maintain my gains and I always do what I say I will. Not done, watch and wait for september.
Really now sunshine, I put on more lean body mass in a year and four months than 99.999% of guys on this site ever will, from an apartment living room. I had two bars a couple dumbells and free weights. It took me longer to set up and pack my stuff away in random places around the apartment, than to work out. I know you think you and Marky are the only ones with any intensity or try but I'm thinking maybe you don't know what working out and eating is without gear.

Going to be very conditioning heavy I'm pretty sure. Competition goes for 5 weeks so it is going to be a bit though to do both but I'll try.
I doubt my coach and meal prep service will help in winning as the other guys, from what I have seen, are much better at cutting than I'll ever be.

Ghettoboyd awesome physique. We have some similarities in what develops faster it seems. I think your back thickness is overshadowing your lats and it shows mostly on poses with arms up. If you add more mass to your lats it will give a big boost to your overall physique. Just my opinion!

Thanks bg, I'm new to fast cutting like this, so any advice is appreciated! I wanna cut as much fat as possible during this comp, but wouldn't wanna sacrifice muscle to do it. I realized yesterday I haven't been eating enough, i wanted to kickstart this thing by starving myself for a few days. Been keeping my protein around 200, fat low as possible and carbs pretty low. I think I'm ok, other than I need to pick the carbs up
