    I am probably 18% bf. I was about 16% beginning. I started around 210 lbs. I got up to 240 but I could not maintain it. I’m about 225 now

    a successful off season no doubt .. the thing is most guys don't realize that this off season was an investment into the future. the gains you made right now are only a fraction of things to be realized later on once you got back into contest prep . underneath the 'hood' sort of speak you haven raw material you built that will shine months down the road .
    you used HGH for the first time, you used MK677 for the first time, you estrogen and volumized your physique with osmotic super compensation for the first time .. all in one off season . those factors are going to pay dividends not just now , but later down the road .
    your going to have way more raw material continuing to mature, even as you diet down for contest

    This will probably be my last post on this log. It was a wild ride, but I wouldn’t have expected anything less from GH. I started growing left and right and then the endema happened and things slowed drastically.
    We had an anabolic phase in which we were trying to grow new fibers. I was not completely sold on this, but I always give 100% to prove it right or wrong. My legs are beginning to look like bodybuilder legs.....: and I am just cruising. This is just plain incredible.
    I also found that my feet grew from a size 12 to 13. I believe this is from the HGH.
    I wouldn’t have believed any of this if I didn’t experience it. My hams grew a great deal.

    I am going to bulk for 6 weeks then cruise for 4-6 and then start comp prep. 2020 looks to be promising. This bulk will be a modified super water compensation. I am expecting to grow like a weed.

    It is harder and harder to get people to believe me that I am all natural. LOL

    I may be old, but I am going up against the young uns. ...... and the old.

    I had my bloods accomplished. It is the first time that I didn’t stop everything a month out. I was cruising.
    Everything was within range except vitamin D.
    Now it’s time to have water super compensation and fuck the values all up. LOL

    He’s doing his thing still, I stayed in touch with him for a while. He bought some property and just enjoying himself. Still owns his gym. I know he wanted to step away from this game for a while (although I don’t want to speak for him). Last we talked though, he was good. 2020 was hard on all of us

    He still trains people and still has his mind going at 100 mph on new ways of training and cycling.

    Hello Charger69, I would like to hear from you, what were the peak week strategies that GearHeaded used with you. It was something like sodium load, drop of water drinking a fixed amount of water every day, and on the last day. week one day before competition dropping sodium first 3 hours before water and thus going to fat loading on 3 days ketogenic diet with full body training and timing carb loading! Did he completely cut off your water on competition day or did he allow you to take a few sips of water? From what I see, today's contest strategies are no longer those of the old school that weakened the athlete, that's why I don't see those weakened faces on the stage anymore... I would like to hear your voice about how your week was peak, what did GearHeaded do to you????

    Actually, he made it peak week. I was doing hell week.
    He had me on higher carbs which would take the water extrexellular to intracellular- that full look.
    Competition day, there is always limited water.
    Really- each time was a little different based on how I looked. I have not had the exact same prep.
    This year we are going to try some anadrol in prep because I respond very well to it and get extremely full looking. Also going to try an expirement with EQ.
    He does allow sodium that I before would limit.
