Not trying to bust your balls bro, but I knew you had to do more than just 500 mg/wk. With the cycle listed below from your log and 7k cals, I can see how you got where you are at. I wish I had the time and appetite to eat 7k cals a day.
"Started last April with 150 mg Test Prop. EOD. Totaling 562 mg/week for 6 weeks then felt the the Test Prop isnot getting the shot place sore or nothing so switched to ED shots at 50mg/day totaling 350/week only!!
Been on since then, and switching to Test E in 4 weeks at 600 mg/week trying to add 25 lbs withing this winter.
Also will be adding 400 mg/week Deca for 5 months, starting November-March.
Started at 200 lbs 15% BF, current stats: 5'11" 217 lbs 8-9%BF
Will be using IGF on and off.
the rest of the cycle in ONLY Test E and Test P. Switching back to Test P next March-May.
And Masteron is for show prep.
Diet is up to 7000 cals/day by next month (current is 5500) into 10 meals.
Using Arimidex at .5 mg EOD, no other side effects, very light acne so far little water retention."

I know I had posted that, but I haven't started the Deca yet. And I'm keeping Test at 500mg/week instead of 600.
No IGF yet either.
All I did is switching from Test P 60mg/ED (or so, can't be too presice) to 250mg Test E every 3.5 days.
p.s. its ok man, ur not bustin' my balls. Your not the 1st one who wouldn't believe the low dose im on.Most ppl in my gym thinking im on 1000 mg Test and HGH. makes me really happy that ppl think it takes that much for THEM to reach where iam.

I'm trying to understand your split. I thought about doing twice a week bodypart, but I thought that would be overtraining.
So it looks like:
Mon - Chest, Shoulders, calves sets are : 12, 8, 6 respectivley
Tues - Back, hams, triceps 12, 8, 8
Wed - quads, traps, biceps 12, 4, 8
Thurs - Repeat....
But how do you break it up into 2 workouts per day? Do you do Chest and calves in the AM and Shoulders in PM , Back in AM and Ham and Triceps in PM, Quads and Traps in AM and Biceps in PM?
When do you do ABS and how often?

1 scoop Optimum nutrition weight gainer (620 cals, 55 pro, 85 carbs, 6 sugars, 7 fat)

1 scoop whey
1 cup oats
12:30pm
10 oz chicken breast
3 slice ezekiel bread, or 1.5 cup oats
1 scoop whey
3:00pm
repeat 12:30
5:00pm
8 Egg whites
1 scoop whey
1.5 cup oats
1 tbs Peanutbutter
8:00pm post workout
1.5 scoop oats
2 scoops whey
1 large banana
1 cup mixed berries
9:30pm
6 oz chicken breast
6 egg whites
1 scoop whey
1 cup oats or 3 slices ezekiel bread
11:30pm
1.5 cups FF cottage cheese
1 apple

this meal is EOD and switched with 4 slices pizza or a 10 oz burger

That is some hella food! I wish that I could eat like that man. I think that you said it only cost you $5 a day to eat. I am not too sure about that. What is your grocery bill like (Frequency and How Much)?

yea my bills 200$ a week and i eat alot of chinese fish LOL yours has to be 400-500$ lol do you have any $ left to like go out/rent movies/have fun? i know im walkin the line with cash its all out with my rooster out for bb

$15 per day.
about $500/month eating 95% of my food at home.
i buy regular eggs and separarte the whites and the yolks.
Hit the egg on the edge of the cup making a small hole in it then put both thumbs into the little ding, holding the egg with the rest of ur fingers then push inward a little breaking more and pulling outwards at the same time. You should break the egg into 2 halves, just move the entire thing from one half to the other back and forth over the cup and the white will fall.

I'm impressed. Good work man. I copied your diet, I'm going to be basing mine off of it. (but in a smaller portion..haha, 5'7" and 160 isn't going to be able to eat all of that!!)
