I tried studying this thread the best I could, but couldnt seem to find out a few things.
1. I have a dozen egg whites with flax or natural peanut butter for lunch, is this alright?
2. Could 4 oz of yams be added at noon? I know they low GI carbs. Would they still have an impact on the taking in of flax or natty peanut butter?
3. I know on off days you have no PWO which allows for carb cycling, but should you still carbload every 4th or 5th day?
Just curious and again thanks

I have one question and I hope someone can direct me in the right direction.
The sticky says to get most of the food from real meals, yet it has 3/6 meals as protein shakes?
So, 3 shakes and 3 meals is considered ok? Or am I missing something?

You said frozen foods? Would that be including veggies? Like Mixed kinds? And raw, foods, you mean like sushi?

I've been looking for something like this. Anyone know if running is enough to get my fill of cardio or do I need to try something else?

Depends on how much cardio and for how long. Also hey bro went you run run on the treadmill and/or get a pair of very cushioned shoes. I recently got fractured my tibial bone because of this. Good Luck bro
