Well that makes sense then because you are traveling.

I was just curious why you would rather train bis then do back the very next day then rest for three apposed to bis, rest, back then off off new routine. For me in my head i rather give the bis 48 hours more or less to recover to achieve a greater back work out.

im curious with ever person and why they do what they.

So last week was the last week of fasted resistance training for me, it worked or i "got lucky" regardless onto bigger and better things.
so it was your science prof that taught you to train fasted? you're not majoring in botany are you?

training fasted was something that i chose on my own, and with the gains Ive made i doubt i could have got any better then what i did had i been eating prior to my work outs. The end result was more then desirable. Tissue was build, and some fat maybe lost that or my body weight going up causing my fat % to only lower through math and not fat loss.

Not saying that this is a break through or the way to train, i had a situation that i had to adapt to. I over think alot of things, in my pursuit of knowledge for my myself. And as Marcus pointed out several times this is not a good idea at all.

    i got lucky

I spent a few months training fasted at 4:30 a.m. That was a year+ ago. I was so tired after work(lazy ass). I gained strength, but no size. Weight always stayed the same. I learned that this wasn't going to work. Now, I train after work. Weight and size has gone up significantly since changing things around(yea, I'm still small compared to you guys ). When we have meetings and these long-winded teachers start babbling about insignificant bs, the f'n vein on my neck starts popping. All I can think about is getting home and working those weights. So, Mockery, stop the madness and eat 45 mins before or try to change up your schedule.

I feel you. If I wear a sweatshirt it's off after the first set.

I also like to see the muscle working personally except for legs. I keep those bad boys covered up until summer.

    Preacher curls

    Concentration curls

I was severely pumped by this point. Arms were throbbing.

    So I had did dips

A little ab work and then off to eat. I try to go as heavy as I can all the time. I had a training partner to tonight which really helped.

That's one of several benefits I've noticed about the 5 day routine/ rotation Marcus posted. If I do miss a day, so be it. I tend to think of my lifting schedule in terms of "which body part is next" vs." Oh crap, what day of the week is it? I have to work a certain body part or my schedule will be screwed."
That is how I approach my 'schedule' too. I put that in quotes because I don't really have a schedule. If I feel I need a day off, I take one. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is. If I'm due to train legs and decided to rest instead, I'll do legs the next time I'm in the gym. I watch people stress themselves out over what day of the week it is and just shake my head.. As if biceps will only grow on tuesdays. Lol.

Yes you can. Its a mind over stomach thing. Every time I feel like I'll puke if I take one more bite, I take that bite. I've been doing that all year. Its a slow process but I ate a triple burger on saturday with fries and another double a half hour later. I wasn't even full after that. I can eat twice as much or more in a sitting than I could a year ago and I eat more often than I did then too. Stretch that stomach wall just like you do other muscles.

I am actually starting to gain a little weight again, off cycle, but some of that is fat. It will come off later. For now, I refuse to let any of this hard earned lean muscle go so if I have to put on a little fat to do it, fine.

Working first shift today (Don't really like day shift but it's just for today). Got in 30 min. on the treadmill this morning. Scheduled to work 12 hrs. today; if I can escape earlier I'll hit shoulders this evening. If not it will be in the morning.

If 10 kilos of muscle in 6 months is stupid, then i am ok with being called stupid Again missing the point, I had to do adapt to my situation, i could have skipped days or complained or made excuses. but regardless if it wasn't the most optimal way i was still there every morning at 5am working hard. And now that im having a change in life and doing something different i am taking advantage of now being able to changing my training hours around so that i dont have to continue down the road i was on.

Im not sure if i understood marcus right but tonight doing reverse grip pull downs i was trying to curl inward while keeping my chest up. No idea if i was doing it right, but i had to drop the stack by half and my lats were on fire like i pulled them.

great blunder or doing something right. unsure but my back got hammered.
