    I've been pretty busy with the holiday comin up and I have to prepare everything for a huge dinner.

    Anyways..... I've been keeping tabs on this thread and had to comment on Marcus' pic. That's an awesome transformation man..... It's almost hard to believe how far you've come isn't it? Years of hard work and heavy lifting gets you there.... It's a real journey.

    I never would have seen myself where I'm at today. I'm not finished..... Not even close..... But if I went back in time and told myself this is what ill look like in 10 years I'm sure he'd shit his pants lol.

    If you look at Dorians pic just before he started training he is also extremely skinny and small. Ive got DY pic somewhere will post it up for you.

    To stick with the current discussion, my first cycle was injectable winny taken orally for maybe 6 weeks. That was back about 12-13 yrs ago. I didn't know sh*t about AAS and my buddy at the time was a monster. He recommended it and got it for me. After that I didnt touch AAS for a good10-11 years. It was all word of mouth back then, atleast as far as I knew and he seemed to know his stuff. Knowing what I know now, that was quite possibly the stupidest cycle possible. Lol
    I was 18 yrs old in that pic, it was taken on holiday in Cornwall. I trained for the next 5-6 yrs naturally and I trained very hard but I didn't take my diet seriously and didn't have a set routine. At the age 21yrs that's when things completely changed and I was 24/7 bodybuilding.

    Oh yes its me, I wasn't gifted but I must admit once I started seriously training I did come on quick and faster than any of my friends. I had loads pic of me in my prime but my ex wife deleted them off my computer. I had ones from me training in the gym but that bitch got rid of them

    yeah Marcus I have seen that Dorian pic you mentioned before. he was very small also like you say. funny how things can change with some dedication.

    I can't stress this enough either! I started "trying" to change my diet when I was 17-18. I ate mainly chicken and grains and it didn't help me put weight on. It was the added food, protein shakes after workouts and before bed, and disciplined training that let me gain 25-30lbs naturally before touching any gear.

    I did about 3 yrs eating anything and everything I wanted, I did grow because the body will do with the new overload but it only grows so far and then you have to change things up. When I was 21yrs old that's when things changed drastically for me. I was in touch with some serious guys and the stuff they were telling me was something I've never read about in books. My diet changed and also did my training that's when my body changed for the better, add in the mix some aas a few yrs later and even more things happened.

    Sounds like you built a great foundation at the start which shows now mate, if only the young would listen lol lol......To many using steroids to early and loads eating to less, food isn't the enemy its your secret weapon

    Yup my gym is open too. But I don't think my wife will be too thrilled to see me disappear for an hour in Christmas day. At least I'm training on the 24th and also the 26th. Trying to work off those Christmas calories

    I missed today, but im going to try and hit legs tommorow its going to be damn near impossible but i really really need too. Biceps are SORE AS HELL today, tri's are sore too, but not as bad as the bi's are.
