    After every 6 weeks, I can feel my body needing the break from hit. It's great though really makes you up a gear when you go back into hit training again makes you feel like its the first time you tried hit again.

    trained chest last night as best I could, I done ok. very painful today, I dug deep on a few sets and got some forced reps and I can really feel it today in my chest.

    to add, I ate like a caveman yesterday, only to be disappointed and upset my stomach. was a total waste, woke up periodically at night up until two in the morning. really not aure what happened. today I havent ate much, which sucks but im atatying to feel normal again. have no idea what happened, seemed like after my pwo meal everything fell apart. hopefully its gone I need to get back to training. good to see some nice workouts posted.

    I ripped an XL polo today while shopping for new work shirts lol. Also couldn't fit my legs into a 34" waiste pant.

    Felt pretty good except the XXL polo is so fvckin big around my waiste it makes me look like an asshole when I tuck it in lol

    I hear ya man. I just graduated to XXL a bit ago and they fit great up top, but they are so damn long. I guess most guys who wear double X are taller than 5'9".

    The length of a XXL fit me just right at 6'1. It's just that there's so much fabric around the waist that I can't tuck it in without looking stupid

    5'9", 212-215. Bf is higher at the moment. I've been training more towards powerlifting and a 'no macro' approach, which I need to start counting again. I'd say I'm around 15%.

    Leg extensions, 2 warm ups/1 working
    Seated leg press, 2 warm ups, 1 working
    Leg curl, 2 warm ups/ 1 working
    Hack squat, 2 warm ups/ 1 working
    Calf raise, 2 warm ups/ 1 working with drop
