    I was going to wait until it was official but I guess I can......

    I'm going to be a bounty hunter :-) they saw me and said I look like I'm going to break the keyboard while typing lmao. The hunting department wants to snatch me up so I just need to get certified.

    Lmao right! That's what I said lol. The gf and family aren't too happy because there's some bad bad areas with loads of gang activity. They're worried of coarse and I literally have no experience. They're hiring me based on the way I look lol and that I've been bouncing night clubs for two years hah.

    It could get dangerous so I can understand how your gf may not be too excited. Do they offer any type of training first or is it pretty much train as you go?

    I'm working on the vest ;-)

    Ill be thrown out there with the guys to learn until I take a 10 hour course. Then I gotta pass a state exam.

    Legs are complete jello right now..

    pre exhaust leg extensions

    barbel lunges (was going to do DB but it was like a convention over by the db racks and a squat rack happened to be available.. warmed up with 145, then went heavy and made it hurt.. slow reps.. Loved it and will definietely be doing those more.

    hack squat - feel set, then heavy and double drop set to failure

    Leg curls, feel, heavy and drop to failure.

    2 heavy calf movements with drop set. Abs.

    No cardio..

    got legs in tonight fellows.

    basic stuff

    squats
    hacks
    leg press

    calf work at the end this time. totally spent

    almost fell several times after my last set on legs. 20+ reps, was brutal damn glad its done.

    gonna try to train delts next, its been almost two weeks if it hurts I will stop and do arms.

    Nothing like a killer leg workout to let you know you're alive!!! Hope that shoulder is feeling better tomorrow Chad. I hate it when mine acts up, makes me feel like a big cvnt!!!
