Worked legs tonight. Nothing worth posting a narrative about. My knees always hurt after legs so I went light. Still sore, just used pre-exhaust and other techniques to still make ot count.

My knees don't hurt when im running nandralone but that's just masking the condition.. .old fart disease.

Good and bad. Working around it now. DMSO, etc., pre-exhaust. Haven't made it to the chiropractor yet but will. Thanks for asking Chad.

Couldn't finish the first 30min of identity. nothing like the book at all. The Green Mile though, almost identical to the book series but Stephen King either wrote the screenplay or was otherwise involved heavily with the production. I could go on but this isn't marcus300's book review thread

I was hoping this movie was good. I will probably read the book before I see it. It's probably reasonable based on what you said that seeing the movie first can ruin the book
Read up. You won't put the book down.

Took my shoulders to camp hell today.

Started with side lateral raises, moderate weight today with slow reps hold and squeeze at the top

Heavy bb presses with drop set. Rear delts bent over db. Trap movements made this hurt a lot.

No cardio. 218 lbs after training. Going to eat ridiculous amounts of food today.

Sounds good igi. You look a lot bigger mate.

I did shoulders today but for the first time didn't do pre exhaust. Wooow my strength is through the roof and shifted some serious weight what even I thought I was going to struggle with but it was easy. Doing pre exhaust has made me strong but don't want to put to much strain on my cuff yet until my gear is flowing so will be going back to pre e next week.

That's a good feeling. Look forward to that happening with my shoulder. I get that on squats a lot. Throw some extra weight on the bar then you get under it with a bit of fear. Do that first rep nice and slow and realize, shit I got this and bang some solid reps out.

Thanks mate. On a positive note it gives me more time to be on here as the three month off is also off work. And also means i can focus everything on legs which is unusual and cant be a bad thing.

What the pre exhaust made me do was to push on the compound movement because my usual weight what I would normally do was down so what happened I got that weight back up to what I normally do but in pre exhaust fashion so when I went back to compound first the weight felt easy and I was repping thinking fuk this is good....But I am just playing around with protocols and see what happens, keep the muscle guessing...

Your legs don't need anymore work you beast

Man I have been straight exhausted after starting this new job. I went one day last week. This week I'm taking my gym clothes with me and stopping on the way home.

It's a shitty feeling because you're so exhausted that its mentally hard to drag yourself in but if u don't go it's mentally hard to accept.

So I figure..... If its going to mentally suk either way..... I'm better off just sucking it up!

Or maybe his wife played with the calibration so he'd stop obsessing about the big 220.

Yes indeed, always a new goal. Not sure if 230 is in the cards for this cycle unless I want to eat the way I've been eating the past few days, which I cannot. Perhaps the next gain

Weight goals are fine but too fast = sloppy gains, imho. Pace yourself. Weight for the sake of weight is useless.

    Here's one when I started at 190.

I'll have to take a new one with the same pose for a better comparison.

I may as well. I battle injuries like you. Rotator cuffs, wrist, knee, neck, back. Sometimes I feel like a piece of glass with a crack in it, and if something hits it just right, it might shatter.

HIT doesn't help and I think I will be deloading every 6 wks in future. If it's not better soon I'll look into it. I just got to learn I'm not indestructible like I use to be. Very frustrating when you have my mentality when in the gym but got to listen to my body

You gained 30lbs on this cycle? That's freaking amazing at your advanced level. I'm doing really well to gain 10 or 15 lbs total weight and I'm not sure I'm all that advanced. Impressive igi.
