Chest this morning but yet again couldn't get a grips with it and had a poor workout. Got to much on my mind and work commitments are very stressful at the moment. Going to have 2 days off and see things go after that

Masteron is a great compound, I wouldn't say its a great builder but it gives the physique a granite type appearance and hardness what cant be match when used with certain compounds. You need to be under 10% bf imho to see these changes but its kind of addictive when you see what it can do when your low bf, its a great finisher to many cycles and can really make a huge difference by just the hardness it brings to the table. If you struggle to get down to 10% or under I would run the cutter and drop further bf on the cycle but hold back with the masteron until the later stages of the cycle otherwise you could waste it. Cant wait to see the results

Awesome marcus, thanks very much for the advice on this. I'm going to have to plan this out pretty methodically considering I wanted to stay on a "bulk" until the launch of the new cycle with keeping in mind the prime beforehand.
I'm going to have to alter the diet and training specifically designed to keep as much mass and lose as much fat as possible. Carb cycling, high protein, no dairy or sugar, high cals, bunch of cardio. Fvck I'm excited.

Been a long time guys, been here lurking but not posting. Guys are doing some amazing stuff. So wanted to start posting workouts again to try and get a different look maybe get a different idea on switching up things. Still training hard HIT and still growing and building though. Just feel the need Maybe just to switch the order up, maybe pre exhaust again.
It was chest day for me. Finsihed with abs and 20 mins cardio.
Warmed up a few. Then all excerises go with one feel one working to failure
Decline BB
Personal best today. got 285# x 7 here. Didn't drop though. Eye balls were shaking on the last rep
Flat DB press
100x 4 drop to 80 x 4
Incline DB fly
45x6 drop 35 x 4
Flat Db Fly
50x4 drop 35 x 4
Finished this workout with a protein shake, while I cooked some quinoa, and now eating a cup quinoa and a whole rost chicken from the grocery store.
Feltgreat, and feels good to be posting up again. Gained a few pounds this last 2 months. Some fat though, but still getting stronger. Diet is now 85-90% clean. Date night with finace once a week kinda throws it off lol.

Its going to be hard to bulk right up to the start of the cycle especially if your going to be doing a pre cycle prime. Keep the training the same because what built the muscle will keep the muscle no matter what the end result is going to be. You have come long way so your priority is to keep as much muscle tissue as possible so for the time being during pct keep cals high then decide which direction your going to go in. A lot can change during pct but from the sounds of it you are thinking and designing the future cycle which is good because it gives you time to change things around if need be.

I know the feeling.. I'm dying to go but the wife says I'm not allowed since its snowing so much. We've gotten about 8 inches already and its still falling. She's taking a nap though.. hmmm.

Kel thank u very much, it wasnt easy. But i was so determined i wasnt going to be stopped. i do have before an after pics! But to be honest i dont know how to put up pics. Lol im not the most technically inclined person in the world! And my low t is kinda a long story. Basically yes i had low t so my dr wrote a script!

Well all I can say is back workout was complete shit. I'm ill pissed off and angry...joints are killin me so I backed off the adex some and today was bloated like a pig...ridiculous. . SO.I had to go back up in adex...takin a rest day next few days been goin everyday and my body is shot to shit.
Looked small as fuxk in the mirror today too just could not get a pump..several people in the gym kept asking me for gear I could not get shit done either way..my third movement on back I just said fck it.
I could literally rant all day about what has happened today..man it sucked all way round. Man I'm just pissed off. Sorry guys for bein negative today I really am. Jusy gotta adjust to these new hormone levels. and get some rest. ..my wife even said I was fat today. ...ego went below ground level for sure. .

It's amazing how much a clear head can contribute to a positive training session, and vice versa. When I have a lot going on at work, I tend to feel guilty about going to the gym, and also get stressed out if I'm late for a meal as a result of heavy workload or deadlines.
Even if I get in there and its later in the day, I have a guilt issue. The kids are home, and I'm not there to greet them or if they need something (help with homework, etc.) I feel bad for not being there. I prefer to be done before my wife comes home from work as well, but sometimes it doesn't happen and I find myself rushing through the session or skipping cardio in an effort to get back home.

I think my body is telling me I need a break from HIT training for a week or so.. I don't wanna but I'm getting some new joint/tendon pains in my elbows and knees that I can no long ignore. My plan is to up volume and lower intensity.

I had 2 bad workouts this week back and chest. Even though I still got DOMS it wasn't to my normal standard. It happens sometimes to all of us at least your able to acknowledge that you didn't do well and your going to do better. You might feel better when your hormones are stable when the cycle gets going. Keep us informed how things go
