What are you stats currently?
BF looks good, you got everything going on great shoulders arms and chest. Really solid and your carrying some tissue well done, from those pictures I would say try and bring your upper chest up abit or at least start upper chest first on your routine to give it the edge. But in all honesty you look well and have a great shape the shoulders are swole and have great caps w3hich is probably why you should put some more on the upper chest to chase those delts.

I battle all the time but for me to put on any more serious size I know what I would have to do and this time the devil isn't winning. My health is more important but many BB'ers battle all the time but at least Chad was honest and said the devil won lol ---made me laugh

When I was 29 the devil always won. I didn't even put up a fight
I'm with you now on health though. I have to say I am fighting hard right now and the devil is ahead but not by much. I need to get my lipid profile in line first. BP was a problem but its ok now. I was on 5 meds last year and now I'm only on one and its unrelated to aas. Prilosec. Overall getting back into training and fixing my diet did wonders for me. That damned tren run screwed up my hdl/ldl so now I've got to wait. No excuses. Devil will not win this time or he may get me in his house soon. I'm nowhere near ready for that yet.

Looking through this thread the other day and I've no idea what I've created but I should be called Frankenstein, you lot are monsters now and have totally changed from when this thread first started. The workouts you posts and the way you talk is really motivating and positive I think all what's going to happen around here is that the monsters are going to take over this place. Its to read and watch it evolve lol

Trained shoulders yesterday after 2 days off and it was a great workout, my neck was tight so did a lot of stretching and warm ups but on a whole the workout was very productive.
Going doing back in 10mins, going to rip those lats out and make them grow.

Bastard, haven't lifted since last Sunday. Starting again tomorrow. Injuries feel lots better. Of course, not working some muscles has led to a couple of aches elsewhere but nothing that isn't easily fixable.

Just trained back and it was a shit workout, just couldn't get serious so I lowered the weight and went for feel and holding the contraction.
Just way to horny today to do it today!!

Yeah man thanks. Your right and thank you for your honest opinion. From now until things chamge most of my chest work will be incline it will grow now that I'm back on I know it will. I'm kinda in a hurry at the moment just wanted to say thanks and I will bring that upper chest way up this time...on stats I'm 6 2..taller than most at my gym...weight...well ill just say I'm over 200 lbs tryin to honestly gain 30lbs this cycle...IG did on his cycle so that's what I'm shooting for..we will see

Chad I think you look good and have TONS of potential. Very broad shoulders are a blessing and a curse right? Tough to initially fill out but when you do, look out! You're upper body kinda reminds me of myself in my younger years. Just keep hitting it and everything will fill out. Don't look at your height as a disadvantage.

Good question. After being on TRT for years now, I can totally feel the fluctuation in my hormones dropping from cycle to therapeutic doses. With some compounds, its more intense. For instance, if I'm just running a higher test cycle, dropping doses is not too big of a deal. But if I was running a test/tren or npp cycle, I find the transition to be a little more extreme. I'm definitely a little off for a few weeks.
As I've found out over the years being on TRT doesn't change much as far as cycling. The positive is that you are in control of your test levels and can ensure they return to normal range post cycle. But compounds still affect you like they would someone who cycles and runs PCT. I still sometimes get a 'shutdown' feeling when cycling of a 19-nor steroid .

This will be my first time running mast, would also like some thoughts on the above dosage. I had great results off my current cycle at relatively low dosage. Will need to reduce body fat prior to launching the cycle in order to get the best results from mast, so I will prime a few weeks prior to May.
