The leaning out process, from my experience is a slow and long road with many turn offs to help you give but fck me when you shred the fat off you slowly the results speak for themselves it certainly has for me. Also the fat always comes off from the top down and the mid is always the slowest area to loose the stubborn lbs
Everyone thinks I'm heavier than I am and I actually am lighter than when I started by 22lb's in weight.

I am currently 220lb's so decent weight need to strip some fat and I'll be happy. I was previously 240/2 lb 's but quite a bit more bf rate tbh and as I said, I look better feel better and lifts are all up due to this thread and getting my head in gear around nutrition and the importance of seeing food as fuel to better aid my progress etc
Its all about consistency and hard work esp if you are a slow gainer of muscle like me

Triceps shot. Lean everywhere except for midsection as u can see. Poor diet and no cardio at all. Lean bulk planned with tren for the summer. I'm not coming off for a while. Its what I choose. Still 500 test and maintanence cals. My avi angle makes it out I have no triceps. Had to share. Since I've lowered test seems traps and rear delts have gotten smaller . I'm not sure. Great to see everyone here progressing. Love this place its my hideout from reality lol

Hitting legs in a few hours. Was planning go hit them yesterday but we had high winds and when I got home I had 2 trees lying across the driveway. Ended up spending some quality time with my chainsaw and dragging the trees out to the field.

Bodyweight squats to warm up knees-3 sets
Leg press 2w/u, Work1-6-4-3(new weight but will bump it up again), Work2-drop weight-6-4-2
Power thrust-2 w/u, Work-12-5-4. Bump this one up next session.
Hack squats-2 w/u, Work-6-4-3. Will nudge this up. Maybe the knee problem is mainly flexibility related. The bodyweight squats seemed to have helped a tad.
Calf raises-2 w/u, Work1-12-7-3, Work2-drop weight-17-11-8-failure. Maybe I dropped too much weight?
Jefferson squats 1 w/u, Work-7-3-1.

Hope your back eases off, Marcus. Is it from being up on your feet @ work all day or lifting related?

Its an old injury from around 15 years ago, I haven't really been training that much around 2-3 times per week at the moment and ive been leaving some lifts out what would cause me more pain, I have been sat down a lot at the computer during the day which could be causing me grief. I am getting old and tired maybe its time to go to the doctor and see what he can do for me but every time I go anywhere and they look at me they say stop training for a few months and I think to myself " yeh you stop fuking eating for a few months see how you like it " Its all down to my old power lifting days when I shifted some serious poundage to feed my ego and the gym spectators, totally stupid looking back and to even think about doing 1 rep max now is insane and retarded does nothing for bodybuilding.

Ah yes....about those. I think we've all completed lifts just for the pure shock value @ one time or another.
The reason I asked about being on your feet is you put in a lot of hours like I do ( and many in this thread). I'm either standing on a concrete floor in one spot for long periods of time machining or crawling all over machinery working on it ( not a pretty sight). Anyway, I've found that if I buy several pair of work boots and rotate through them instead of wearing just 1 pair continually, it is somewhat easier on my back and knees.
Hopefully your back will loosen up/ get right for you soon.
Hitting arms this afternoon....looking forward to.it.Last edited by almostgone; 04-27-2014 at 05:25 AM.

Hello guys, long time since i was on here. I did what i said i wouldnt and let my time off with my op get the better of me. Anyway trained today for first time in nearly 5 month. Felt great to get back at it, weight was right down but ill get it back up there. I look like a bag of shit at the minute all soft and lost muscle tissue.

Your knee cap floats. There is no added support from wrapping it and it can actually cause damage with to much compression.
I'd suggest right before, in the middle and post cycle. I'd also suggest giving blood on a non-workout day so your body has time to recoup.
Yep. Personally, I just got back from an overseas vacation in the middle of which I'd need a TRT shot. I packed what I needed, syringe, alcohol pads, band aid and a script bottle of test with just enough in it for my shot. Never take a full bottle just in case something goes wrong in transport, etc. Packed in in my checked luggage. No worries.
Now your training!

So this weekend was kind of a weekend of mixed emotions. Friday some 21 year old kid told me "I looked like one of those guys who could have been big back in the day." It kinda pissed me off, I'm not the biggest guy in the gym but i'm 5'11 215lbs and around 16%bf so I'm not by any means a toothpick.
Anyway I finally broke down and ordered some gear, Haven't cycled in about 2 years now.
On the bright side I had a good chest workout incline DB i did 105's for 8 reps, which may be a personal best I can't remember.
Now that gear is on the way I've got more motivation for cardio
