Shoulders this morning. All in all, felt good and happy with the workout but I need to change up the routine I think.

    Favorite shoulder exercises anyone?

Crushed legs today!! I usually stay in the 8-10 rep range on my working sets but lowered the weight a little today and went to 12-15 rep range. I thought I was going to die!!! I'm going to try a little higher rep range for legs for I while. I feel like I hit them a lot harder.

Love high reps for legs. I'll routinely hit 15-20 on them.

It sure made me notice how bad my cardio is on the compound movements. I was gasping for air and got very light headed. My legs sure were pumped and it felt great.

My last dynamic leg workout I did some 20 rep sets of squats. Not exactly something you get excited for, but afterwards it feels great.

Since I've been doing high reps on dynamic days, I've been questioning just how high to actually go. The routine I'm working off of has some sets that go up to 30 reps. Do you see any benefit going that high Kel?

Dbol is the only oral I've used and I love it as a kick start. I get amazing pumps and if I keep my sodium low I don't get much water retention. It also gives me a sense of "well being", I'm just a more positive person on dbol.

that's why I am willing to choose it over anadrol . You cant beat the feeling, im on a long ester test but I already am "lifted up" lol been years since I ran a bulk oral

It would be few and far between that I'd consider going that high. Twenty is usually my limit these days but there's no harm in trying it every now and then. You'll see how it feels real quickly and it'll shock the muscle. I'd be more inclined to do that many reps on the last set of a workout to simply crush yourself.

Look at Tom Platz. He'd put 315 on the bar and just squat till he could not move it anymore. Talking 50 reps or so...

Platz's muscular strength and endurance amaze me, let alone his leg development. Truly ahead of his time.

I was always blown away by how flexible he was considering how muscular his legs were.

I've still got a lot of work to do, but the muscle stimulation is great. I can tell a difference in the amount of tension I'm able to build already. When I push downward with my shoulders, I can feel tension building down lower in lats....if I slightly roll the anterior of my shoulders down, my scalpula pop us easily. The leg workouts seem to be doing the trick also. Getting more reaction from my hams and quads when I tense them also......just have some growing to do and some fat to strip away. Overall, I'm very satisfied with HIT, I just have some progress to make.

ill give it a go next week.
well wasn't hitting true failure, and even with straps my bi's were getting raped and i was getting crazy lower back pumps that ran a lot of interference on my work out. Was very taxing on my oxygen , was out of breath the whole time, had to pull out early for an appointment going back later to do triceps

I need some help targeting weak areas, especially my glutes. Someone noticed that my left hip is 'higher' than my right one. I have pain and constant tightness in my entire left leg, starting with my hamstrings and groin muscles. I have terrible posture and I know this just adds to it. I am flexible but I seem to just stay tight. I can feel tendons in my calf that are painful when foam rolling and massaging. I also have terrible tendinitis in my elbows that I am trying to heal up. Hard for me to go heavy because of all this stuff going on but I know I need to correct it so I can push forward.

"OO" it's not uncommon for people to have one leg slightly longer than the other or for their hips to be out of place. A competent doc or chiropractor should be able to assess this for you. Pain and tightness in one leg could be spinal related (nerve impingement) and once again a good chiro may help. Other than that, NSAID's, DMSO, etc for joint pain.

I've tried chiro in the past and it does help out but I seem to go right back fairly quickly. I crack and creek like I'm 80. It is mainly muscle tightness, not so much a nerve. Every muscle just seems to be tight in my legs. I may have to give the chiro another shot

DMSO, lotion? Rub in right in the pain? That is something I have never tried.

Here is some relaxed and flexed shots one week into my cycle. I see improvements but more mass is needed, a lot more actally but im pleased thus far. been awhile since I posted so what the hell...
Took today over the kitchen sink lol, no filter, not photoshop, just actual image. I would never alter a photograph unless I wanted to make it in black and white, sometimes Ill do that.I think all these magazine pictrues are pure bullshit imo. I would look a lot better if I was "pumped" but we cant take our shirts off in the gym so I gotta do it myself, and my wife bitches about taking pics of me so I just use the timer on the phone and lay up against the wall.

Feel free to critique, you wont hurt my feelings ....ok well if its Marcus or Kel maybe...lol jk.

thanks you sir, another 30lbs and ill start the cut lol but I bet she still wont

Not really worried about conditioning right now, as long as I don't get any fatter things should be ok. Still trying to figure out what my body needs to grow...and what isn't being turned to fat.

Dammit. I brought my triceps up to be more in line with my chest proportions but now my biceps look tiny. I don't know why but your pics made me realize that. Good bicep size on you. I can't wait to see what you get from this new cycle.

I've been training as usual, just not posting them. Kind of getting long in the tooth for another cycle. I'm making progress but not like I want to. Clock is ticking.

    Favorite shoulder exercises anyone?
I really like DB press but when I don't have a partner to train with its impossible for me to get the bells up alone, it also allows me to stay in my groove during the rep and fully stimulate the muscle. But often I will stick to smith machine press
