Yeah. I've decided to wait on competing this year. Just to much pressure. Gonna just train and eat and try to put on more lbm without gear.
I really appreciate that man. Yeah I'm leaner than I evr been. Hesitant about that pic tho...bad angle on my triceps they look really small there lol

The sign that was outside my gym last Monday that read 'gym closed will reopen next week' is still up. I haven't trained in 16 days now. There is no answer phone message and no website. Hoping I don't need to find a new gym but if it's still closed over the next 2 days they don't deserve my custom.

Chest and arms today:
Incline Smith: One heavy with double drop
Flats: One heavy with drop and RP
Flyes: Two straight sets
Preacher's: Two sets, last with drop
Barbell curls: Two sets very strict
Incline curls: One set with lighter than normal weight. Exaggerated stretch. Felt great.
Pushdowns: Two sets, last with drop
Cable skull crushers: Two straight sets
Behind back pushdowns: Two sets
Again, no shoulder pain. Great workout. Great pump.
Can't wait for my next run in May!

Nothing extravagant. Probably just test and a little anavar . I don't need large doses or multiple compounds.
Competing? I tinker with that idea all the time and close friends push me but I don't know. Hard to pull that trigger.

I've been a poor man the last few years. There is a more convenient gym but at 4 times the cost and the dumbells only go to 88lbs

Nah, it's a dirt cheap gym with nothing modern and they have no recruitment push. No joining fee either so it's not that. There has been replacement flooring sitting in reception for about 8 months so maybe they got around to fitting it at last.

Bro I felt great today. Pumped to the max on chest and arm day. Looked like I had some good size with the pump. And I was aggressive as well. Smith machine was my bitxh today haha no free weights on chest jus machines. I think I can grow with either.
On the other hand. ...really wanna stay on cycle.

back day today. Kick ass workout. After re arranging my split so leg day and back day are 4 days apart, The deads were a lot stronger, I needed that after being out of town and eating like shit all day saturday
Kel i'm thinkin that cycle of test might just push you into competition once those test levels get up around 5k
