I'm having to live vicariously through all your workouts at the moment, my back/shoulder isn't getting better Seeing a physio on Thursday. On the plus side I can train legs and chest.

Just got through with back workout
Close hand pulldowns
2 feel sets
1 work set 2 drops
Wide arm pulldowns
2 feel sets
1 work set 2 rp
Barbell rows
2 feel sets
1 work set 2 drops
One dumbbell rows
1 feel set
1 work set. All out 6-8 reps 120lbs
Hammer strength lateral row
1 feel set
1 work set
When done had to sit on a bench for about 15 mins before I left the gym. Never worked out with that intensity. HIT is where it is at. My back was burning in this pic. Now if I could just get rid of those small handles on the side, lol

My chest has shrunken due to injury, it really did over power many of my other body parts, I actually stopped training yrs ago.

Thanks Igi, ive worked on my thickness for years
Once I built muscle and I was wide I concentrated on thickening my body up, I work so hard on my back and chest so I wouldn't disappear when I turned sideways like I use to do when I was younger, then I attacked my weaker muscle groups to even this out. If you do this you give the appearance of looking a lot bigger than you are, thick and dense muscle really turns me on
Can you not try pre exhaust BIB or is it that bad? can you do volume training going into supersets so you stimulate muscle fibers? whats the problem mate?

Like ive mentioned before once I go to a certain size I concentrated on thickness because this gives the body a whole new amazing look of sheer size.
Ive been working on my arms trying to split my bicep inner and outer muscles, so from the straight arm position they look freaky, they are coming on well and the sloit is on its way. Ive been working on the position of thr wrist when curling on the incline and also on the preacher, its amazing you can actually see them split up when under tension.

Can't do upright row or lower a shoulder press lower than my eyeline and even then not much weight. I managed some lightish side laterals but it hurt on rear flyes too and shrugs. I did train the left side of my lats on Sunday but almost any pull down or pull back caused pain if I tried it on my right side.
Hoping the physio can pinpoint it but I have a feeling it's trap and rhomboid. I picked someone who can massage the effected area rather than just send me off and tell me to rest, more of a sports massage therapist reallyNO SOURCES GIVEN

About 2 weeks. It is much better day to day life and sleeping is much better on it.
Get it diagnosed and g from there I guess. Next 2 sessions are legs and chest in any event so I will have a plan by the time those 2 are finished.
Been training HIIT for about 8 months I think. Still learning to get the mindset right sometimes and pushing those partials out when it's easier not to. I get a kick out of some the other guys at the gym wondering why I do so little volume, they don't get it. But I'm the one that gained 20 quality pounds since MarchNO SOURCES GIVEN

Well im a happy mofo right now, my gear just came in....fck yess!!!!! no damages all good to go, just gotta wait a few more weeks and let my delt heal in the meantime. Gonna pound legs for the next month like never before since I don't have to worry about presses for a couple weeks. Got a shot in my shoulder today, should help out. no training today for me.

Kel- thanks for the link on your cholesterol experiment. I've read that. You are the person who turned me on to niacin as a tool. My doc took me off my statin a few months ago and gave me the green light to see how it goes with just niacin.
