LMAO....after I read your post I walked away and came back to reread it.....I remembered who made the post and the first thing that flashed through my mind was a video one of the idiots @ work was showing around recently. Basically it involved a guy lying on his back, he lays a piece of plywood on top of himself, and sticks his junk through a hole in aforementioned plywood. A woman then walks up and proceeds to stomps on his junk with high heels.
I work with some real sickos.

Trained back and triceps today. Fvck 405 is heavy now a days lol

3 sets wide chins 1 weighted set to failure. Lays were pumped as shit I could feel em pushing my arms outward.

3 sets DL. Last set failure
3 sets cable rows. Last set failure. Maxed oit but with shitty form I felt like tried controlling it was just too much.
had 1 set of tbar rows left in me and I was shot. I took a breather and proceeded with triceps

    3 sets rope pulldowns
    2 set dumbell extensions
3 set skullcrushers last one failed at 5th rep was heavy
3 sets close grip. 2 warmers one set failure

Done in in 90 mins. Not extreme HIT but enough to grow on shit im on test and tren if I can't grow on that then there's no hope for me lol.

Honestly the drinking is minimal. 2-4 drinks at most, but still way too many given my history. At one point I had lost touch with most of reality with 10-12 pints per night. My wife helped to save me from that, but has now been part of the cause for the back slide. We've had a good long talk, and ideally things will move forward for the better one way or another.

She found me at a time where I had taken refuge in the drink rather than the gym. So my passion for the gym is still pretty new to her since I had lost it at the time we met. We were able to chat about the direction I hope to proceed, and although she doesn't understand, will hopefully be more supportive or at the very least less discouraging towards my goals moving forward, at the present anyway. Only time will tell, butt I've made up my mind to move forward with or without her support.

Neck is still a bit of a bother, but tomorrow ill be back in the gym pushing and striving for everything I can possibly achieve.

You know what you have to do, you cant get the two of you right if your not good to go. Much luck, things are never as bad as they seem the majority of the times, so try not to make them worst.

2-4 drink per night is toooo much, have a clear head without any influences and find direction. If drink has been your demon before don't let it get a hold again.

Things do sound more positive than yesterday so that's a result

I'm down to 250lbs and feeling better at this weight. Training one body part every 8-10 days at the moment and haven't dropped any tissue still holding very well. Diet is still solid 6 days per week and one day were I eat anything or I should say I add to my normal diet some bad snacks. During the week still carb cycling and slowly attacking the bodyfat while keeping my muscle.

Been really busy with many things and my schedule has been hectic but still try and get on daily to read even though I cant post.

Training going well, still got issues with my RC which is due to me not letting it heal because I am a cvnt and cant stop training and my lower back is still suffering but that's on going for the last yrs, no pain killers by the way because you guessed it the pain makes me feel alive

Pre exhaust HIT for my shoulders and chest, for the rest its business as usual. Training is lasting about 45 mins which is intense heavy and very exhausting but when I walk in there i think to myself its only 45mins so get on with it.

Health is good, I am completely off all medication now for my prostate and my PSA is under 1 which is great.

I use to use it a lot nearly every cycle I did it would include clen at some stage. `I would use it along side t3 or t4 to help shred a bit of bf off or my favourite was in pct because it made me so strong. Every time I went on clen my intensity went sky high and my strength through the roof, the shaky edginess it gave me made me strong and kind of gave me a lift in the gym so using this in pct was great when normally I would be feeling low/down.

Ive used it many times in a cut along side T hormones or ECA stack and it did help me a lot, its a great compound but I did stop using it many years ago due to the palpitations it gave me during and after the cycle had ended, it just didn't agree with me in the end.

Training is going great did back last night and I can feel myself grow at this stage today was a really intense workout last night heavy and slow.

My bf is droppong well even with an off day for food etc so I am happy. Especially when I look back to where I started from on this insane journey. I have come a long way.

Aswell as many other members too here have which is brilliant because we all feed off each others own progress imo

Fvckin loving test and tren . Its the only cycle besides test only I think I ever need again. Ive bulked up a bi just on those weeks of test 500. Bodyfat in my lower midsection is too much. Gonna change things up a tad try to lean up. Fix some diet problems. Feeling good today. Cant wait to hit the gym.

OK, guys. Back is feeling great right now. Wife has been rolling my back with a baseball the last couple of days and I'm still talking the script Nsaids. Just did a double red cell donation. Going home to eat a decent meal and crash. If the back is still righteous later on, I'm going to try arms tonight.
LOL, the phlebotomist hooking me up for the blood donation asked me if I had any burning or a feeling of pressure.... I told her only during urination. You would think none of those girls had ever heard someone crack a joke before. They were still laughing when I left.

I've almost completely eliminated flat pressing from my chest day, unless I decide to throw in the hammer strength press. Typical Chest session for me consists of

    Incline DB press
    Incline DB fly
    Decline hammer strength press
    Pec dec fly
And dips usually on the machine ( I prefer the machine because its easier for me to focus on the contraction in my pecs.

Some days I pre exhaust on the pec dec before I start, and that causes some painful pump by the end of the session.

Did shoulder this morning and on my working set of shoulder press as I was about to press up I heard a rip in my shoulder, didn't sound to good so I held the weight at the top and I felt zero pain which was strange because I thought I had done some damage, so I carried on ( I know I'm fuked in the head) and did a great set. Still got no pain, no inflammation and its been hours since ive worked out....Not a fuking clue what it was but it di come from the inside of my shoulder for sure but I have nada wrong with it..

Heading down for legs soon. Took last week off to heal up. Hamstring feels good so we'll see. No clue what type of workout this will be so I'll let warm-ups dictate it as I get things going....

Yes ive done a few of them, they were ok nothing special but they didn't really suit me if you know what I mean. I much prefer carb cycling because its suits my body far better and the results for keeping LBM were superior. But they are worth trying because you may well be one who its suits.
