Coffee in my shake today. Worked over this morning and already know it's going to be a 7 day work week. Headed down to the shop to teach these shoulders a thing or two!

Lower body stretches,RC exercises, and broomstick stretches
D'bell shoulder presses- 2 w/u, Work-5,drop, .5, drop, 1.5, drop, 1-3.5
Seated side laterals-2 w/u, Work-3, drop, 1.5, drop, .5,-2, a couple of half reps.
High cable rear laterals-3 w/u, Work-5-3.5-1.5. I tried these seated and standing on feeler/warm ups, but on work set I did them seated on an incline bench. It seems to really hit the rear delts as long as I kept my elbows wide and pointed to the rear. I noticed that if I let my elbows drift down, it turned into more of a lat exercise, so I'll have to stay focused on that....but I like this exercise.
B'bell shrugs- 2w/u, Work1(front)-7,drop,4.5. Work2 (rear)-7-3.5. Long slow negative on the last reps.
40 minutes total, not including stretches. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Progress and more progress is they only way to describe what happens here. Everyone has found their own version of HIT that suits their individual needs.
The last couple days have been busy and I haven't been able to post my routines but here are a few shots of my progress.

Well..................ouch
Legs and calves
When I started to warm up I thought this would be the whole drive of the workout was going to be controlled reps and make them slower than normal making sure I exploded on the positive but in a controlled manner and really slow on the negative. I knew this would decrease the poundage but up the intensity. Started with single leg extensions oh boy these burnt like hell and the lactic acid build was quick and immense, did my usual HIT style with everything during this workout.
Then went onto leg press and did my thing got a slight muscle pull in my perineum which was bad but kind of nice in a strange odd way. These blew my legs to bits and I got to a level were my ears started to pop which meant my BP was up, also got a headache and the pump was sore. I started to struggle with the rest periods inbetween sets which normally happens at the weight I am at the moment but working sets were to failure and then some more
Then went onto squats and did some straight sets hitting the higher rep range, this fuked me up big time. Puffing and panting with slight deafness was on the menu and at one point stalled on my failure set but managed to get it up but legs were numb, head was banging and arsehole tense lol.
Lying leg curls was next which felt good but the lying down stretched the quads which gave me more pain than doing the hams. At this stage started to get shakes through my fingers and felt sick, thought I was going to throw up and twice I looked over to the fire escape to see if I could mange to get there before I threw up in the gym. Kept it down and went onto the standing calves - ouch..... then seated which made me walk like black man break dancing.
Once I left the gym instantly felt lethargic and tired, all I wanted to do was to sleep but went to get some food in and home
