Keep 2 or 3 made up and stashed in the freezer.

    Crunches- ~ 140
    Back stretching

CG overhand pulldown- 3 w/u, Work- 6+, rest pause, 3+, rest pause, 2+ w/ a 10 count hold on partials.
    D ring bar pulldowns- 1 w/u, Work- 5+, rest pause, 4+, rest pause, 1+ w/ a 10 count hold on partials.
    Tbar rows - 2 w/u, Work1- 6 reps, drop a plate. Work 2 - 9 reps.
Low pulley rows w/ V handle - 1 w/u, Work 1 - 9+ reps. Drop a little weight and grab some air. Work 2- 9+ reps. Drop a little more weight. Work 3 - 10+ reps. 10 count hold into a slow negative on all partials.

Didn't really do any low back work; back and hams are still smoked from Thursday's squats.
Left arm is responding better it seems. More weight on almost all exercises, so maybe the nerve continues to heal. Rowing and curling movements are stronger than last week it seems but hammer type movement still suffer.

    46 minutes total.

    Hi guys

I don't like posting much here at the moment because I use to be fuel for the fire for you all or at least was a contributor to your drive for size and sessions and these days I feel due to these out of my control I cant and I don't want to be here posting sh1t about things going on in my health life. So sorry for my lack of content but I truly don't have any and I will update you all one something remarkable whats happened over the last with some treatment and tests ive had done .

I am going seeing my haematologists tomorrow which is something they are now concentrating on and an area they want to get stable again. This is going to be interesting to see what my bloods come out at and also I got an appointment with my doctor regarding my trt - which again is crucial to many things, so big week yet again.

But will know more soon regarding training and if I ever will return to it, this is two fold one is because of me how I feel inside and second things what have gone on over the past year.

I get pulses of excitement when I read your sessions which tells me something is still inside of me and also the journey we have all taken together so far. Keep on pushing guys

Hope everything goes well and some things are figured out in more detail!

Regarding the fuel for fire for us... you still fuel and drive me like no ther and that'll always be the case mate! Without you having taught me 'true positive failure ida never went from 160 to where I am today it's just such a true and tried method I'll never get away from if my strength goes down so be it as long as I can still use progressive overload that's the key
You sure aren't any type of damn fraud mate you've got some things out of your control that your getting worked out you'll be back keep your best mindset forward and you'll show us all up on a comeback

You still motivate us, Marcus. I don't know that the inner fire ever truly goes out; it just wanes from time to time for all of us.
Keep us in the loop and you know how to reach me if you want to vent/let off some frustration.

1200 PT appt today. Probably more 3" needles in the hamstring! Yeah! Hopefully find out when I'll have my first laser therapy appt as well. Overall I can feel it improving daily. Using the leg on steps now is a non-issue, when before it was right leg, right leg, right leg and so it. Doing PT at home as well daily. Main thing is eccentric seated leg curls. Pull down the the good leg and bad leg it up for a slow 10 seconds. 3 x 10 of these. Scary actually but they're working. Then the bench squats are interesting. Depth is getting better on these as well.

    Progress!

Good morning gang just returned from my hrt specialist
    Test 927
    E2 51
Not bad numbers for trt I guess strength is still climbing and I'm seeing my muscles starting to round out just a tad like before

My shoulder is healing up going heavy on flat and decline, incline seems to tear my delts up just my geometry I guess, making a lot of strength gains tho I feel like I could hit my old 1rm in 6 months or so if I stay focused and injury free
Planning a cycle next year as well, nothing overboard just 500 mg a week more test on top of my trt. I have access to whatever I want and it's pharm this time from my co worker that competes.

You seriously wouldn't believe his present cycle if I told you, it totaled about 6 grams a week no shit, lol whatever it takes mentality I guess but I'm not going that route I would like to add 10 leans lbs of mass when I do cycle, mostly in the legs this time.
Today I'm gonna train delts , it's been a minute since I had a solo delt day...

And for Nach, I think I've talked with you before about rotating muscle groups I don't have any set training days for anything I've always went with what I felt like I needed to do. If I feel I need off time I will, sometimes I may train 2x a day it just depends. I know it's hard but the 9 days off I took last month seemed to help, my presses went up 4 reps or more my advice is always listen to what your body is telling you

Thanks Cuz - can't wait to see your progress with some more test

As for what you said I agree I've been listening and actually easing back into it better than I've done b4 just hard lol
I know if I were to stick to 2on 1off and any other rest I need I'll be taking it

    And 6g woooow

Pull down the the good leg and bad leg it up for a slow 10 seconds. 3 x 10 of these. Scary actually but they're working. Then the bench squats are interesting. Depth is getting better on these as well.

    Progress!

    Sounding great, Kel.
Bench squats = box squats but using the bench instead of a box? They helped me a bunch getting my legs back up to snuff for squats.
Curious to hear your thoughts/impression of the laser therapy and type of laser used.

Honestly, Cuz, I wouldn't even worry about 1 rep max lifts. They're a fast track to injury, IMHO.

Imho PSA becomes a big one the longer we're on etc - but cialis 5mgs 2x daily or just 5mgs a day works well I actually switched over to fina 1mg daily on TRT dose but if blasting I go with 5mgs...

The dumb thing is I basically have no R shoulder capsule so it was surely pure ego but I didn't think much of it due to I was getting 5-7 reps with it - like AG said I won't do a 1RM lift let alone anything 3 reps or under the least amount of reps I'd do would be 4 but I've been going 6 minimum or 8 on my working sets now drop and use a RP or DD and get 12+ but not more than 15 reps total

I know and yet still wanted to push it - I'll just do lighter weight with a real slow negative on each rep and even slower on the positive...
