Lost my straps, very sad day. Luckily a couple days later a guy in the gym asked if I lost some, he said he found white leather eleiko straps... What a guy! Even though I ordered new online this made me happy.

I’ve decided to dabble with Keto. I just need to figure it out before I get fat from eating avocados, heavy cream, bacon and eggs. Lol
Starting with the fasting mimicking diet for first 5 days which is supposed to throw me into ketosis with 3 days while avoiding keto flu.
1 avocado and green drink in morning

After this i need to figure out my game plan. I’m finding so many variants of keto - a tad bit confusing.

Did chest again under marcus's program it was very productive. This entire week has been very productive and I feel like the high dose tren may have been holding me back. Felt strong and great all day.
I have begun working out before I go to work and it is helping too. Its hard to reach past failure when you are physically and mentally exhausted. So thats the compromise. If I am gonna be too tired to do something it will be work and not working out.
Calves are improving tremendously and I hope they stay that way. I would be a lightyear ahead if I had joined a gym from the start.
Back day tomorrow and my back has been chomping at the bit for two days. I will rule that workout tomorrow.

The root canal is done and I am feeling about 90% and hopefully 100% tomorrow and should be back training. A few more weeks of cutting should be enough to be in a state where I can start the cycle. Still a bit concerned as it's a 14-week cycle and I have only run short burst ones since my first one.

What happened yesterday has been on my mind all day and I must admit that my response to the situation was a bit unusual to myself. I can, generally speaking, be a bit short tempered so this took me by surprise. Considering the country I live in and their approach to gay people I can say this is a fairly bold move. Now, I spoke to some friends of mine and they told me that if I can find a single woman who has been riding a crowded bus in this country and at one point or another not been felt up they'll be surprised. Apparently equally common among men. Pretty insane place!

Then followed this guy who wanted me to join in his chest routine, four hammer strength chest machines, a crossover machine, pec Dec and tricep pushdowns. Felt like endurance work but great pump, took a pic will see if I can find it

Test and Deca cycle. Running Deca because I got a lot of it at home I picked up a long time ago, well, almost 2-years at this point. Seems like a waste to not use it. Test because I can just pick it up at my local pharmacy for no money at all.

I am down to 240lbs, ive lost some muscle due to not training my style fully over the last few months but my injuries and my work schedule had to take priority but hopefully some more weight loss will occur over the next few weeks/months.
I am feeling better, giving blood next week then I have a full bw screening which is vital for me so finger crossed.

No gym going on 3 weeks. 1 week was for vacation. I fired a guy 4 weeks ago. On the same day my best guy gave his 2 week notice. School is out and my son must be dropped off and picked up from camps for the next 6 weeks. My life right now is uncontrolled chaos.

I was laying down to sleep after I posted that and just about to doze off. Another emergency call, tree on a house, immediately followed by a call in which I got my ass ripped for ten minutes over something from weeks ago that apparently caused big ripples I didn't foresee.
Heck with sleep.
If I could run away right now I would.
Whatever is going on in everyones life I hope it slows down. There has to be a peak approaching somewhere about here.

3 warm up sets - nice and smooth, weight was a good weight so I wasn't swinging and just using my last, stretches between sets and some hanging
1 working sets - heavy in good form, with 3 drop sets

Like everyone else, life is a total shitshow right now. Worked 2 looooong days Monday and Tuesday and carried Mrs. AG to the maxillofacial surgeon Monday, which was a craptacular waste of time. Should've just ridden by his office, threw some $$ and insurance info at him, and given him a cordial "Thanks for f-in nothing" and been done with it.
Now she is being referred to another random fvck, er, specialist. She is all upset because she is afraid I'm not resting enough, LOL. I keep telling her I'm fairly durable and that if I haven't shot the crapper by now, I'm probably good for a few more years.
May have started my job search a bit too early, but didn't want to be late to the party. Phone and email has been blowing up. Explained to them that I wouldn't be finishing up at my current job until the end of September, but have 3 interviews setup for the last of this month.
Will be going to SolidWorks training next week, so I guess I will be awake with the rest of you daywalkers. Figure I can lift around 3:30 or 4 a.m. and then make the drive over to the training site later in the morning; it's only about an hour's drive.
Absolutely, definitely, positively will lift late Wednesday night. Mrs. AG already has her broomstick by her nightstand and she promised to make sure I am up in time. Think she referred to me as a walking time bomb.
