No. I didnt use anything. But mk677 and i continued my tren /test cycle the next 8 weeks after the tear. Maybe that gave the healing a kick off.

Anyway, i hit the 50s next year. Fuck that man. Dont want it. So i will stay in my 30s shape forever! Dont get my wrong. 50 is ok. Who wanna live forever?. But dont like the things which usually follow leaving the 40s.
Just need to alter the training. No more heavy weigths. More cables, much more often and very very rare go 100%.

Only sides are heavyness in the body. Havent used the scale in 9 month.
I promised myself never go beond 115 kg anymore. But now i feel like 125 kg. I think i hit the scale today.
118 kg would be perfect. Cause i have not so much water. Using DIM, adex and masteron . And fairly low on test.
Chest is hard to bring up, cause i cant go heavier than 80 kg. Pectear will not heal.
But.. Im trying a new take. Standing cable flies 20 reps 4 times a week. Actually i see a difference already.
Actually i think hitting superhard once a week is the biggest scam since BCAAs.
Knees also prevent me from training thighs like before.
And the left triceps is destroyed.
But... As Lee Haney said. Training is not that important. 30%. I think i almost agree. U need much less than u think. The evolution makes sure we will not get fullblown from hard training.
So 30%. Jupp, so some injuries are never an excuse. Just train smarter, do your job in the kitchen and run a healthy live which allow u to use steroids with an acceptable risk!
