    And. Damned. There was a girl today at the gym. She was so crazy hot. Never seen a girl like this before in this town. Tall, 176 cm, apachedark long hair, looked 21 based on her facial skin. Fit. Big lips.
    We ended up in the same area. I said, u gonna use both. (cable crossovers) i was going to do tri pushdowns. She said. Yes, but u could work out in beetween. I answered eh, oh..oh not thats ok, ill just use these. (the rack next to). Ok she said, looked me in my face and smiled.
    Man....damned. But i wanna avoid the metooshit and like to do the opposite, stand back.
    But.. Maybe i dare to say hey if we meet in the gym again and it comes natural for the situation lol

    My caffein intake is high. So im lowering. No other stims.
    But think u migth have a point. And charger wrong. Its not Obs, but riding multiple horses at the same time without hurting any of them. They all want attention too and need lots of oats... or snaps.... every day. And... Well.. Even if more hormones makes u feel 18, ur not.

    That and low on greens. After my summercycle, i stopped greens, veggies and shit.
    They can say what they whant, but plantbased diett IS good for you. And when "old" and heavy it becomes mandatory. And not just a good portion of it for dinner. No... A good portion of it at least 3 times a day.
    And no saturated fat. They can say what they want, but i always feel 20 years younger in chest and lunges when i remove saturated fat and most of the salt out of my diett.
    As we speak, i feel good and no pain whatsoever just 48 hours into the greens.

    Veggies led to a little less pressure in the muscles, bad i had abad nigth at work, so its a possible reason. Def leaning out and. Well. My own choice. When the chest feels a bit scary, whether its psycological or what the fuck it is, i chicken out and will not increase bodyweigth.
    Chest has been fine for 3 days now after i cleaned up my diett.
    Maybe i could increase oat again. But i like the lean look in the gym more than the "big" feeling. Seeing a welldefined horseshoe when u not flex the triceps is by far more cool.

    Oups.. Maybe i should check hematocrit

    I know. I canít explain it, but when my veins started showing up, it was after a tren/ mast cycle. I contributed it to the tren/mast. It was a short period after- very similar to you.

    And. Got 25 000 dollars for my old taxi. So i guess i call the tatooshop. I want more to the scull, front traps rigth side and neck.
    And more to the calves and thighs from the back. And a little more to the stomach!

    And wife finally agreed on my finacial plan from the summer. Cons is i have to sell our two other cars and buy her a 2019 BMW M2 serie.
    Which i agree on.

    Your brigth. Its from my job. I forget to change hands when i drive my taxi.
    I use rigth hand to much which fix my torso into an position where the rigth side is elevated.

    Hehe. Ok. Guess ur rigth. Two probs from the front. My permanent pectear keeps me from going heavy on chest. Hard to get the beef there. Need a quickfix.
    And change my position at work more often.
    Rest is just a juicematter
    Or its easy to fix the position symmetrical infront of the mirror. But i need to be quick. Some asshole migth enter the wardrobe any secund.

    When you mention the pec tear, it is more obvious @ the pec/ delt area, but still great man. I bet with a little posing practice you could minimize it.

    Oat gives great power, super pump and strength and my body actually looks leaner from it.
