Started nazi clean diett because of chestpain but im 85% sure its psycological because i never feel discomfort when lifting and running.

My caffein intake is high. So im lowering. No other stims.
But think u migth have a point. And charger wrong. Its not Obs, but riding multiple horses at the same time without hurting any of them. They all want attention too and need lots of oats... or snaps.... every day. And... Well.. Even if more hormones makes u feel 18, ur not.
That and low on greens. After my summercycle, i stopped greens, veggies and shit.
They can say what they whant, but plantbased diett IS good for you. And when "old" and heavy it becomes mandatory. And not just a good portion of it for dinner. No... A good portion of it at least 3 times a day.
And no saturated fat. They can say what they want, but i always feel 20 years younger in chest and lunges when i remove saturated fat and most of the salt out of my diett.
As we speak, i feel good and no pain whatsoever just 48 hours into the greens.

Veggies led to a little less pressure in the muscles, bad i had abad nigth at work, so its a possible reason. Def leaning out and. Well. My own choice. When the chest feels a bit scary, whether its psycological or what the fuck it is, i chicken out and will not increase bodyweigth.
Chest has been fine for 3 days now after i cleaned up my diett.
Maybe i could increase oat again. But i like the lean look in the gym more than the "big" feeling. Seeing a welldefined horseshoe when u not flex the triceps is by far more cool.
Oups.. Maybe i should check hematocrit

And. Got 25 000 dollars for my old taxi. So i guess i call the tatooshop. I want more to the scull, front traps rigth side and neck.
And more to the calves and thighs from the back. And a little more to the stomach!
And wife finally agreed on my finacial plan from the summer. Cons is i have to sell our two other cars and buy her a 2019 BMW M2 serie.
Which i agree on.

I haven’t noticed it before, so maybe it is just a one time thing. Your left shoulder is lower than your right in the pose.
The only reason I mention. It is because I naturally pose with one shoulder lower than The other and I had to work on it to get them both on the same level.

2 days beetween. Added lots of oats and iguess deca has hit.
Oat gives great power, super pump and strength and my body actually looks leaner from it.
