Morning HITers.
Today im going to the local gym. Chest and back. Shoulders and tris and calves and abs. All in one. Main workout.
I will try something new today. With my preworkout, which is 12 g l-arginine, i will add like 200-250 grams of carbs from healthy juicemix. Most of the fruits and veggies are supposed to be cholestrolfriendly and i also hope it will give awesome pump in my giant workout.
That mk677 makes it hard to gain much fat so i think it will be good. Starting my 5. natty week and need al the boost i can get.

Superpump today. Looked real good also. Chest tris back width shoulders calces and abs.
Preworkout: 10 g larginine 200 mg caffein 150 g carbs from fruits.
Weak but guts and fresh. I def gonna include lots of fruits next main workout also. And arginine is superb. And the pump lasts and lasts. Almost as if on roids.

2 hours mate. Going to the gym 4 times a week is not for me anymore. I train home. Much more convinient. So i go there once a week and then i go through lots of bodyparts. But i also load with lots of carbs and stimulants. Its not that difficult. Calves and abs warmup. Ligth triceps pushdowns. Then chest and back with ( no hard rows, just pulls)
I also do chest and tris sunday at home and back hard rows wednesday.
With this aproach it can be done. Training to days in a row can be very smart. Quality two exercises.
You should try chest and back together. Ask Arnold. He will say the same.
Shoulders i usually do fridays, but something came up and i had to do them today.

Even on tons of gear and food and sleep i couldnt manage past an hour HIT usually 45- 50 minutes strict HIT..sometimes i would do "cool down" sets to push some more blood in the muscle group..but yeah its just impossible to do two largr muscle groups like chest and back if you truly are training like a wild ape..most people arent really going past failure..the pain is just too intense..its something you have to work up too lol

Tricep tip: rope attachememt pulldowns followed by narrow grip barbell bench press with dropsets, all HIT style of course. If this doesn't blow your tris in 15minutes, nothing is going to help. Note: Your arms ahould be fried for that day
