Personally, I agree with what you're saying. Why would you want to look like you're strong as hell but perform underwhelmingly? That being said, and I tried to emphasize this in my post above, I have absolutely no problem with people who want to train for bodybuilding. If that's what makes people happy, then that's what they should do. Additionally, and perhaps surprising to some, I don't have a problem with crossfitters either. It's definitely not for me, but they're not effecting me one way or the other. Let them train how they want to train. There are very few things that effect me, but I find it funny how we, as a community, judge people so harshly on the ways they want to physically improve themselves. Do your thing. Live and let live, guys. You'll go farther in life and your personal goals when you're not worrying about what someone else is doing so long as it's not effecting you.
By the way, bizzarro, I'm not arguing with you, as I know that's how this post may come off. I see you're a new member, but I've read a few of your posts and it looks like you may be a very good addition to the board. Welcome!

I'm sure it has much more to do with the person shouting letting out the immense pressure what has built up in his bodies cavity! Don't you get how the body works - holding that in could result in lots of damage(unfortunately I know w/6 or 7 ventral hernia repairs) your intra abdominal pressure on heavy compound movements is insanely high... Very easy to bust a gut

I don't have a problem with anyone either, I have never been judgemental of pure aesthetically-oriented bodybuilders but I will speak out if I witness them attack folks with different training philosophy.
Just for example, some days ago I heard some gym junkies tell a fatty, who wanted to train rather than lose weight, it would be useless for him to lift. Why? Because the muscles wouldn't be visible
That's truly retarded in my views.

Wrong. This was always meant to be a strict dedicated place where real HITers can share their experiences and grow together in a respectul manner.

Good morning real HITers.
Been easy for 2 weeks. No cardio, little low test, lack of motivation, but this is how its gonna be now. Actually im not that unhappy. I consolidate my level in front of next cycles prep. That is, not loosing more size and strength.
Did some heavy dumbell rows today. Man, i think i stopped at the 150s. Then some side laterals for shoulders and a little traps and bis.
Shape and level is laughable but I will close everybodies mouth in desember. And i have the guts to show when out of shape. Dunno my weigth. Probably 110-112 kg. And fatlevel now is not a topic because im in offmood!...so..lets see this shiet...

I know that you guys dont give a fuk. But i have an important workout coming up in 45 minutes. But there are problemes. Im tired as fuk. Working all nigth, took a 45 min nap and now in my homegym. And my natty effort last week is starting to show. Less food. More bad food. And training focus fading away.
So i load up with watermelon here, 12 g l-arginine, green tea, fast creatin and a bcaa with 180 mg caffein. And so much water i can do.
Tomorrow is my always coming gigaworkout at the local gym, but i like to preexaust priority bodyparts on sunday, like chest and tris.
And i also should have done a little for bis. They werent hit last week.
And abs and thighs but forget about thighs now...cant do it.....

Drugs now?..well..ending clomid, will continue with 20 nolva for another 2 weeks. Stil on legit mk677 25 mg ed and thats the thing which keeps me going with decent shape despite bad diett habbits again. Periodically sr9009 but i dont like it anymore. Now i think cardarine is better.

Some stupid tren only cycles, dianabol only cycles. Tried anadrol but was sick of it. Guess i didnt control BP. Most likely 20 + together. Started at 22 years. Had a natty break at 36 to 42. My hpta was 100% ok at 38 years. Never used pct or anchis before i joined the forum last year. And i guess thats why my only anadrolcycle was a hell:-)

Good workout today. Did everything exept thighs. Looking big, getting stronger again. But veins are gone. Guess its hct which gets back in line.
Bodyfat increasing. Expected. Quited cardio and strict diett.

Today is D-Day for me when it comes to thighs. My thighs were ok before went to the summerholiday in June
, but i havent been training them since.
So now im actually going all in for the thighs. Actually i dedicate every wednesday for them and take a day off on tuesdays and thirsdays just to benefit the most from the thighsworkout.
Today it did, legex 1,5 plates, legpress 3,5 plates, hacklift 1,25 plates, seated legcurl 1,5 plates, lying legcurls 7 bricks and worked my self up to 3 plates deadlifts. 2 working sets on each.
Girly weigths ofcourse but i felt it was enough to grow at the level where im at today.
See?..nothing..its all gone...but easy to gain from.
Putting in 3 days for thighs seems alot cause there are lots of other important bodyparts. But i feel the thighs (with competition from the back) are the most important bodypart. And doing thighs 100% will stimulate your hole body. Ur using everything, even if you concentrate on the contraction.
And the deads at the end gives good hole back and traps stimulation aswell.
Feeling great now. Yesterday off, tomorrow off, just feeling the damage done in the thighsfibers, rest and grow.
A guy can get away with smal biceps and chest when you see him. But when the thighs are missing, he is doomed.

Moning fellas, knigths and HITers.
Drove to the gym today. Biceps, forarms and front and mid head for shoulders. Calves also.
Standing calv raises. Standing barbercurls, alt dumb curls and consentration curls. To ligth workingsets with megacontraction/contact.
Then side laterals, two hand and one hand, piana style, ligth, 20+ reps.
The smith behind the neckpress at the end. A little heavier.
Feelig real good. Wellbeeing surprisingly good. After the druggy summer. Libido 30% below normal though. Guess its the mk im running in the pct. Injuries are pretty much gone. No pain in elbows. Stil on nolva 20. SR9009 only before training.
