    Ive used bunk gear for sure. But this time i actually tested most of the gear before my upcomming SBC and man it was the real thing. Pharma. Face turned lobster from the first tren a shot and 30 mg dbol .

    Very good qustion my friend. Always wanted to look into it. But i never did. He had an incredible physic and very young.

    Marcus300: Opened the gym door just two hours before i left. Just me and another guy there. Two workingset, 30s-1 min rest beetween sets. Heavy just on the back pulls. Contact and pumping for the rest.
    Remember that i always preexaust chest and tris an hour sundays at home.
    It is at HIT for me if i can progress from the week before, and i did that for most of the exercises.
    Ive been training with weigths for 30 years. I tried it all ofcourse, red it all, followed charles glass and the other O trainers.
    Just my gearing which were totally off.
    My last cycle before i joined the forum was 500 deca and 500 tren and thats it. No anch or pct.
    There were no competing boybuilders around me ever and the knowhow amoung my gang was zero. And my onlinetime was for girls and porn online, not som nerdy ass forum talking to other guys. Fuk, im not gay, if you talk online it should ne with girls...jesus man.
    But this one is ok, so many guys here with fuked up female hormones and talking to them is alomst girltalk and menstrual feelings..lol...sorry guys, u rock.

    So this time, starting cjc-bridging soon and possible sus in a month or so im ready for dbol/tren a/anadrol/masteron blast 15 november to 30 december.
    How long do you train for Sil?

    I know you say its HIT but from all the workouts ive seen your not training HIT which doesn't matter we train how we respond, HIT isn't the key to everyone or everything a lot of guys work well with volume training etc.

    Also if your going to do a SBC there is a lot of work what is need to make one work, you cant just say I am going to do one and cut your cycle down and think its going to work, there are certain things you need to do to design one and implement one but I know you have your own style and use what ever words you seen and fit them into your working and cycling log.

    Curiosity sil, how long are you in the gym for when your working out?

The only interesting part for me now is to study Charles Glass, Rich Piana and other pro trainers and their theories. And ofcourse yours Marcus. And i have my own princippials. So I thougth, if i called the thread something with HIT, it would be fun. As a pathetic opponent to your famous thread:-)

    As for my SBC im pretty much sure i will be able to design it rigth. I have learned ernormous from 16 months as a member here. But, i think the suggestions here involve too little twisting and changing of the gear. Its all about keeping steady blodvalues. I dont fancy that. I will go with Piana. Change up everything as much as you can to prevent adaption.

    Sundays preexaust 1 hour (home), Mondays 2 hours (public gym), Wednesdays 1,5 hours (public gym, just thighs) Fridays 1,5 hours (home)

    + Cardio, but thats zero for the time beeing. I will up that to 3-4 times a week, 30 minutes when my cjc arrives and the cycleprep begins.

    No problem now I understand most of what you say is for fun, I was going to try and point you in the right direction on a few things but I fully understand now. I'll pass from commenting in the future best of luck

    I don't see how you can be bored of training or learning about it. I'm still gaining Intell each day and then actually taking action and using it in training alone will take so much time before you start to notice if it works or not. I think you should be more open minded to suggestions and you may see the gains you are looking for opposed to just bombarding your body with cycle after cycle and still getting little to mild gains. I mean your a big guy. But that may be what your thinking of as gains when it's actually just your natural huskyness. Not talking shit but come on man. You can't look to a guy like that piana guy for inspiration lol. I wouldn't be surprised if all his muscles were implants.

    2: im not bombarding my body with gear. I usually never did more than 500 gram. I upped my summercycle to 750 grams. And i usually do 8 weeks. Been upping to 12 lately. Most forumcritic is about doing to little and too short.

    3: Piana always was crazy mutant big. And he enjoys it. Ok, so he got implants but i guess that is much safer than doing blasts at his age.
    I have tried some of his tips and they do work. He knows how the body works. Nobody trains as good as Piana. Its easy to watch how he makes every fiber in the target area to work.
    And he really explains why 10 meals are important. Eat it or go home. Dont show up at the gym if not. You are waisting your time.

    4: Lee Prist, Gregg Valentino and a lot of other BIG names never talk shit about him. All his expos are filled with people lined up who wants to shake his hand.
    Only haters are mafakkin youtube gangsters who would shit their panties if they by an accident ever come close to Rich.

Regardless of what he was injecting he looked ridiculous and was nothing more than a cause for public disdain. I was not commenting on him as a person and I will trust your judgment in that area.

    That is, of course, excellent logic, however, using that one could say you should listen to people on this board even more as adding up everyone's experience as one single number will probably amount to something around 10,000 years.

    And NACH. I live for the sport. I dont post for attention. I dropped academica in 2006 ang got a job suited for the bodybuilding life. I told my wife, no more kids.     Me and kel in the same line?....Ok ok, i was caugth by the moment. His way in front of me in all aspects of bodybuilding, so is Rich and Gregg ofourse.
    Why i can say this. Yes, because kel never feels he need to defent himself, no matter attack. (Though, kel is one of the guys i truely respects and i almost never try to answer him).

    But you guys, turns Rambo if someones even fingertouch your shoulders. Where i come from thats an argue for insecurity, nervousness and imbalance.
