Good for you obs I guess.... is that the correct response to a tornado? Lol
And biz something that I've not really realised until recently is the timing of carbs and fats. If you are still having carbs in your meals and having a lot of fat and are eating them together maybe try splitting them? That might speed up progress

Doesn't make sense to me. I prefer to have a steady source of carbs through the day. Fat burns in the flame of carbs (so to spare protein also).

I hope so. I volunteered to clean up Joplin it was the deadliest f-5 in history. I quickly learned that volunteers were moving debris trying to help landowners/victims and in the end they were just saving big insurance companies from having to pay for the cleanup. That ended my volunteer days for people with insurance. I only help the poor folks in trailer houses etc now. Many of them own their houses but had no insurance on it. God bless all of them though. No fatalities only injurys with this one.

prolactin is highish at 30 ng/dl, iron is good, liver is good (AST > ALT eheh), kidney readings are borderline... oy vey

blood counts are great (may need to donate if blasting), B12 pins effectively raised hemoglobin, HCT 47%

thyroid is hyper... that liquid pharma shit is truly potent, need to lower again.

Well that prolactin is stubborn, but it used to be 54. Maybe if I manage that damn estrogen might return in range.

In the past, I managed some serious weight loss (> 60lbs) without any cardio, just dieting and weights.

I've been unable to move weights over the last months because of cramps, however that telmisartan I've been taking seems to help, and so did cialis, I guess like I predicted it's a blood perfusion issue (due to peripheral resistance), must be the damn oestrogen wreaking havoc on my CV system.

I have freezing cold hands most of the time, peripheral paresthesias (tingling in feet and hands), when I attempt training the hands is what fails first, they used to be red from warmness and also very strong, now I have the strenght of a teenage girl. Also poor muscle tone, lack of pumps when exercising and strong exercise intolerance.

I developed the idea this is from poor circulation, everything that helps with circulation helped with symtomps, many disease can cause this but in my case I believe the issue is neurogenic in origin, with hormones playing a big role as most of these commenced as I started TRT.

Peripheral resistance means the arterioles supplying muscles with blood fail to relax so that it's harder to have adequate supply, but again, it's all speculation...

Also managed 1 full hr jogging. Cialis it's proving a great aid, but it's also making me wonder whether I have pulmonary hypertension (it's used clinically for that).

I thought when you post up your numbers that you were getting regular health checks at your gp sort of thing. I'm not sure how the whole blood work thing happens as I have never had it done haha

    Lol you're a noob

I get bloodwork done at a private lab, no prescription needed. Just pop up there and hand the guy a printed list.

It would be interesting to get my CV system checked, maybe a 3d image of the heart or something.

What, bloodwork w/o a script? Of course it is (here in Italy).

Heart imaging it depends I guess it's really expensive to do unless subsided by local NHS, in that case it would cost $50 or less, obv in that case I'd need it prescribed.

Damn fine point. But I wasn't offering her back. Only her small toe which will be taxed heavily.
