Its all about pumping air in a tire.. Why do u think 99% of the gymrats look like shit?. Rigth, cause they do Dungeon HIT 6-10 reps. Heavy.
Just load up with Karbolyn, baking soda, creatin and beta alanine and preferable cardarine and u just pump em to high heaven. And dont be afraid of 30 reps. I feel 20 wont cut it for tris. 30-40....man..favourite track in the headphone...ur in the zone

Ill retire when im 70, then my plan is to have 10 good years with training, no work, alot of money, a sollied breakfast and the gym everyday.....and enjoy the rest of the day loooking at girls in their 40s lol

Its not just rough n rowdy sir......we also explore Pianas legacy and digg into the world of high rep mod weigth thing. And ofcourse we have limits. Im working on a new set of Castle rules and we have our own hierarchy.
Our biggest problem nowadays is the lack of competition. I know there is no such ting as before anymore, but nevertheless the spirit of the Castle was build on slaves of the Dungeon. Without a strong dungeon there is no Castle. Or just a pale shadow of its gloryness.
But hey...there is no problemes, just challanges. So i will find the way...

Hey I’m in! I love Marcus’s hit thread and I know you don’t even train hit, but you still have a great physique and I’m down for sharing experiences and learning... Just realized my last post may make it seem like I train HIT when that couldn’t be farther from the truth.
OBS, Sil, I don’t really know you guys, I’m new to forum but long time lurker read many of your posts! I’ll start by introducing myself and a bit about my style of bodybuilding.
I’m 23, on self prescribed trt (young for trt I know but I’m dedicated haha), finished my last bulk at 232 but after dropping the water and glycogen I’m a week into cutting at 223lb.
I train high reps and I cycle from medium to high volume. Right now I’m doing each muscle group once every 8 days with one rest day in that time, and two days for back with one being thickness focused and one width focused.
I generally do a couple weeks of 8 sets per bodypart per workout, then about 4-6 weeks of 12-18 sets per bodypart building up from 12 to 18, then a couple weeks where I really push the volume and use a lot of intensity sets like drop sets etc and get upto 22-26 sets per bodypart per workout. This has worked well for me, but I’m debating switching for a while to a push pull legs split. The plan for that is each push pull and legs day twice per week with one rest day, the first of each being all compound movements in the 8-14 rep range. The second of each in the week will be more pump oriented with isolation workouts and in the 12-24 rep range and on certain exercises even up to 30+ reps to finish off a muscle group. I plan on starting that routine on my next bulk.
Right now I’m cutting to 8% and im sticking it out until I get there and will resort to Keto if needed (but I don’t reallt want to that’s last resort). I’m currently 13/14% bf. Diet right now is 3-4 days on about 2550 calories with 200g carbs, then a higher carb day with about 3750 calories and 500g carbs, dropping that by 400 calories to 3350 calories and 400g carbs shortly. I want my average daily cals for the week no lower than 2800... won’t go under 2500 even at the end of the cut, may have to add a lot of cardio or reorganize my spli and do two a day workouts (great for fat loss).
Currently running 600mg test E, 75mcg t3, and varying doses of Clen but most of my time is spent around 100-140mcg.
Will add more later watching a movie with the fiancé.

Test for life as a 23 year old. Well, u cant always trust the streets so u better get your local doc to prescribe u some Nebido in a few years.
Just watch your hct/rbc and BP when trtcrusing. Then it should be ok. This is what u want. Running doses of test for life migth be good. Actually i heard one of the top steroid doc-gurus say u could run 500 test for life without healthproblemes if u donate. 500 for life!!..man, 500 is my max when im blasting. (with others ofcourse)

The Castle routine would be DONT PAY SO MUCH ATTENTIOn TO IT. U can have the best PT in the world, Michael oHearn or something guide u through the very best back workout there is, and it wouldnt mean shit if all u think of is how many reps and which exercises u should do.
If u wanna nail back on friday f.i your back workout starts thirsday morning. Load up with good carbs, make sure u have more quality fuel than last time. Protein high. Then repeat. And u repeat through the hole day and friday. Then when backtraining comes friday evening or what not, ur backworkout will be all time high, no matter exercise or reps u do.
Ok..20% is the actuall training, so info is: i really dont know for back. Back is maybe the only musclegroup which migth benefit from marcus old HIT training. Spesially for rows. I like to do 15+ for pulls, but i feel thigh and big when i do heavy rows movements.

Ok guys. Not a superb back n bis workout. 7 days since first 250 shot whitch ofcoures is not optimal. But i trust the weekly sarms tappering will cut it.
And it has. Going from 0 til 6 mg LGD makes a huge difference and 12 mg this second weeks makes feel juiced.
I will increase each week for 12 weeks. Increase dosing or add components.
3. week will stil be 12 mg LGD but also 6 mg s23.
Im thinking of dropping deep heavy squats next week. For sure my lower body grows from it. ..but as i expected...like back in the days...my gluts respond like Phil Heaths forearms and nobody wants a big ass:/

I did this
Wide grip pull downs 4 sets 20 reps with 130lbs and 1 set 8 reps with 165lbs
Close grip pulls 4 sets 20 reps with 120
1 set 10 reps with 140lbs
Seated rows 4 sets 20 reps with 160
1 set 6 reps with 180lbs
Bent over barbell rows 4 sets as much as I could with 135 (was 20+ range)
Reverse flys with 40lb db till fail 3 sets.
