Note: I looked at the listed research chemicl supplier in the US (there is only one) and the product they are selling has a slightly different molecular formula.
Strange.
Silabolin, order some of their slightly modified silabolin and post the results. $200 for 500mg it must be some powerful shit.

Prolactin may be starting to dial down, I felt some hints of libido back over the last days.

There always is.
Currently blasting/overdoing TRT at 300mg weekly TE, AI is anastrozole at .25mg e3d.
I need some exogenous progesterone and for that I use desogestrel (bc pill) at .18mcg dosed EOD (shit is potent). Will replace it with a bit of Tren starting next month.
It just helps with my functioning and hedonic tone. It might sound strange and it is really but it gives me libido, strenght, vascularity, and relieves lot of sides from TRT. It can act as a weak anticholinergic, thus as a dopamine releaser.

Just started a couple of weeks ago, I'll check it next month (before introducing Tren ). Not feeling well but I'll give it some time to adjust.
I do notice less estro sides comparing to 200mg and no AI, less water retention, less gyno looking chest, more veins, BP is now normalized at 115/70 (went up to 140/90), less anxiety, etc.

Noted, will let you know.
Will be pulling together with Free T alone, a total reading of ">1350" isn't worth the bucks. Shouldn't land too much above that as 250mg put me at 1100.
Does AI dose look inappropriate? Total levels aren't that high but free quota is going to be since SHBG is kept at <10 by stanozolol (5mg/die).

Well think about it meds only work for a limited amount of time. Aspirin though is mild enough, and will help with CV health.
It has probably to do with hormones interaction with brain chemicals, mostly serotonin. I've found that refined carbs and sugars to act as a trigger, and those will boost serotonin synthesis in the brain. Lol I also get tachicardia from sugars. Could be very mild serotonin toxicity

It feels too much honestly. I feel way worse and I'm experiencing weird issues such as minor loss of bladder/bowel control. That's how much hormones mess with my CNS/PNS functioning.
BTW 250mg weekly weren't a problem until I got fatter in January. That's when I started to develop high E2 symptoms. I can only blame myself for that.
Answered.

Oh, that's difficult to say. The HPTA might or might not resume its functioning, the thyroid might pull enough thyroid hormones but some degree of hypothyroidism will occur, vitamin/mineral deficiences are very likely to develop.
As far as hypogonadal symptom are concerned, for me they included slight blood anaemia, body/facial hair loss, sarcopenia, lethargy, weakness, fatigue, anxiety, lack of sexual identity, emotional lability, brain fog, and more.
Hypothyroid... overall slow down in functioning, more fatigue, more brain fog, more anxiety, depression, constipation, coldness, etc.
I need (at the very least) supplemental Iron, vit D3, IM B12. Deficiency in any of those will result in overt anaemia and worsen all of the above.
TRT actually went to worsen some of the above, but doc-prescribed was poorly done, or just didn't work for me. It has been a long run before some delicate equilibrium was reached so that feel slightly better, or just merely function.

Oh dear... That's not good. Hope you're able to get a steady supply of all those above. Do you have to sort of the above yourself or does your doctor prescribe weekly b12 injections and supplementary iron and other vitamins?
I apologise for the number of questions I ask you haha.
And I, like you can't grow facial hair haha. Most guys at my school had a full beard at 17...

I stock them like no tomorrow
Thyroid hormones I do get them subsided from pharmacy. IM B12 should also require prescription yet I buy it w/o, very cheap actually - I get 5x5000mcg amps for less than $10, I add 2% BA and split each amp into four slin pins, so it lasts 20 weeks.
Iron and all the supplements I buy them for cheap from amazon and myprotein, prescription Iron is crap and vitamins get expensive.
My GP knows what I officially have - hypothyroidism and hypogonadism, so I can virtually get any medication and tests related to the conditions. I very rarely see him, I just walk to his assistant and tell her what shit I need, scripts get printed and the docs signs them. That's how it works when you got a 2500 patients base mostly composed of old ppl with metabolic disease that requires monthly prescriptions.
I feel you there, I never developed a manly beard but it used to be much better. With low T it got thinner/sparse and never recovered. But hey, I got plenty of body fur. It looks disgusting tho so I wax it away.
Ask how much as you like.

Hmm I never places as much importance on vitamins before now but I may well have to look further into this.
I was under the impression that food and a multivitamin and omega 3 would be enough to suffice but apparantly it isn't now...
I don't know how much of a difference it makes but I was a vegetarian for 3 years and I don't know if I ate a single vegetable. During that period. I was however very strong at age 14/15 and weighed in at around 230lbs. Could the lack of vitimin then carry on to now do you think?
That's lucky you have a doctor like that. When I got the phone call about my blood results I could hear the woman on the other end of the phone spitting at me as I asked for a paper copy of the results " why would you be needing that"
Oh NHS you are funny.
However when I was burnt at work the burns unit in the hospital were very nice and accommodating so I suppose it's just the luck of the draw what doc you have

Yeah probably. I like him, very experienced and knowledgeable, but he's also very old and thus approaching retirement.
About vitamins, a good diet should be enough, it's not like humanity grow up on supplements.
I have hashimoto's thyroiditis, vitamin and mineral deficiencies are exceedingly common with this conditions, but healthy ppl don't have to worry about if their diet is on point, but omegas are always a great addiction as it's really difficult to obtain enough from food.

Damn the drowsiness is killing me today. On a positive note, some muscle conditioning is visible, I'm overall toned, visible veins even in quads, strenght too is up a bit but I'm feeling awful, almost like I got flu.
