I always do upright barbell rows on bicep day. I absolutely love them and they are hands down my favorite exercise. I use a curling bar and do a super close grip and bring it up to my teeth.

I have 700-800 lbs of free weights. I have to go to girlfriends mothers for bench press and squat rack and cable. Pain in ass, got no room here. Lol

In my town there are lots of lookers. Around my town are a bunch of toothless wilderbeasts, methers, and white trash. There are weights, guns, alcohol, explosives, 4x4's, and good ol boys. Always something to do. 4th of july prob my favorite time of year.

BTW this morning I had zucchini with egg whites and a tbsp of extra-virgin (like me) olivenolje. Pretty much low carb but added a pinch of salt.

So. Just got the flu. Happens every time 7 weeks after a run. But i dont blame the roids. Everybody is sick around here these days.
So i guess i will be hitting the 3. week without lifting.
Dont care. Thirsday is christmas. Nebidotime perhaps. 700+. Man when im able to keep this size below 200...

I will keep my cycle gains next years beetween the cycles. And each new cycle will be an add on. As it was when i was in my mid 20s .

So it didnt bother me.
But my main point is that it seems like going a little low or low is more unhealthy than keep it in the range 600-700. So why wait?

Dont think it will be that costly, think. Clomid and nolva is expensive

wait and see......guess i have to wait 6-7 monts to find out if my hpta is ok...6-7 months..not gonna happen
