Listen when the King speaks goddamit. King said, to impress everyday life girls (and boys). Not me, or marcus or kel. Obs perhaps lol.
Killer muscles term is subjective.
Many of us would say Dave Batista never had killer muscles. But for most dudes he was monstreous for sure!

I’m going on a 7 month program, but BP is an issue.
Some f’d up life sh** really messed with me a while back, plus probably age as well.
Meds are working, but BP is still borderline. I’ve seen a lot as a PT, but strokes are not pretty, would not wish them on my worse enemy, thus, that’s a concern.
But with that said, I am taking the plunge, cause Test alone didn’t do what I had hoped.

Yep, beet juice for BP. Also, I read that Brazil nuts are good for blood cholesterol.
Damn, you’ve got no waist & hips.

Waist is Flex Wheeler when i cut.
Google Uffe Ravnskov Cholestrol Myth. It changed the way i prioritize my healthcare when it comes to Cholestrol.
He basictly says there is no such thing as bad cholestrol and those with high cholestrol live longer and food and fat do not interfer with your cholestrol readings.
And "bad" cholestrol readings itselves do not cause arteriesclorosis. Its those other things that caused "bad" cholestrol in the first place, that lead to it. Smoke, stress, BP, trans fat (human maid fat) etc

I don’t think either will attack . . . Unless you turn them around and they see the heart shaped drape runners behind them.
Clearly the wife’s touch, has to balance out all the Viking testosterone .

Not arguing with you but I feel it important to say to point out that the sugar lobby is the strongest lobby in Washington. The health guidelines from the mid-60s promoting cereal and other sugar intake and blaming fats for everything is responsible for more American deaths than all of the wars and drug epidemics combined.

Sil, nice sword. I think it is a Teutonic Sword. And the dog armor is awesome!

Ghost? Completely did a tear down & rebuild at our current home (wouldn’t that release it?) & I swear. Last night listened to some weird 40’s music in the living room. Both the wife and I have heard footsteps prior.
Nice castle Sil.

Eh no. Its moving objects. My wife, Old Eric and I are 100% certain about it. It has been in the Castle last 200 years the book says. Rumors tell its kapt. Thor Ericson, 7-8 generations from me, who never wanna leave the Castle. He was killed by a hunter two days before he was about to join his troops in the war against the Swedes. Shot in the back. Was not given any chance to defend himself. Its told he was in the tower, looking at his forrest, as he did every morning. When he turned back in a gunshot from the forrest killed him rigth away.
Old Eric got Thors old bedroom nowadays. Eric says he talkes to him every day, but the dude is 107 and says a lot of stupid shit. But...Thors ghost is here. No question. 3 years ago the norwegian broadcasting was here recording!
