Feel a bit shitty now. Down to 300 mg test e, but my body has been used to a lot more last 4 months.
But i guess its just compared to the loving feeling i had.
Sisewize and strengthwise its pretty much the same, but its more easy to gain fat now.
Damned, all im thinking about is 15 november when i fire up with tren a again.

Back to shitty diett also. And yet heavy. Stil No pain i chest and breathing problemes or heartbeat issues. Like i had before my summercycle.

The only change is the skijump stairsrunning and 40 pounds backpack walking i try to do 2-3 times a week.

This migth tell me effective cardio 2 - 4 times a week, is the most healthy u can do. Even more important than dropping salt, sugar and trans fat.

But im a slow starter myself. We were going to have a party. And i was preparing my CDs to have the girls dance and laugh.
Then my wife stated. Come on, nobody does this anymore. They will all leave. Dont bother, we use the blue tooth speakers in the livingroom, so people can listen to whatever they want with their cellphones.

She was rigth, it was a hell of a party. I could show u pics, but then my ass would be baned for 10 years lol

Think my truck has around 230k miles on it. Hope it will get that many again. When I bought it I was about half dead, but planned on going out in style. It's got leather seats, seat warmers, decent factory sound system, lifetime Sirius XM subscription, turn signals and everything!

Jupp. One of the owners wife is hysterical. She cleans the place everyday. Actually i confronted her yesterday. I said, u know this rigid surface cleaning is pretty much a waist, as its no mask rules here. If someone with corona comes here, they will give the virus to others threw breeding and air, even if u scrup the surfaces to kingdom come.
National corona gym rules, she said. I know that, i said, but u understand how contradictionary this policy is?
She didnt understand this.

We even have to wash the plates.

Icontinued, people touch everything and i have never seen someone clean the antibac bottles Itself after use. That way these bottles are the biggest threat as everybody graps them all the time.

But she didnt get this either.

My rules would be. Wash your hands when u enter. Stay away if symptoms. Have a great wo.
